Our experience couldn't have been better from the waitress who was a 5 to the food that was as well!! Ample portions for my entire family

These photos are of the specials at maya grill in the last few moths. The food is always amazing.

Visited WDW for a week with a stay at Coronado and was very pleased to see that the Maya Grill has reopened! The food was so good we ate here two nights in a row. The service and food were so much better than the Three Bridges Restaurant in the middle of the lake. Maya Grill has definitely been added to our "must visit" on future trips to WDW.

The atmosphere is very nice. Our server Deysi was personable and attentive. The food was some of the best I've ever had. Had two non alcoholic beverages that were so delicious. We were with 2 other couples and we all raved about our meal. We were there on June 11

Service was excellent. Came as a family of four on Easter Sunday. Dinner was really good. I love Mexican food and the fajitas were really nice, just right amount of food. Had a guitarist playing around the restaurant while we ate. Some had the chocolate cake for dessert which we all tasted (much to his disgust) and it was one of the best I’ve tasted. Would definitely recommend eating here

We ate here twice during our stay at Coronado Springs. First time we had nachos to share & then beef fillet, plant based chicken & chicken strips for our daughter. It was ok but we felt the nachos didn’t have much topping & flavour was lacking in the main courses. 2nd time my cousin joined us for dinner & he suggested nachos to share, we mentioned about the topping being sparse & the waitress overheard & said we must have got a bad batch so we ordered them again & they were good. We had 2 x beef fajitas & 1 x chicken fajitas & chicken strips again for our daughter. The fajitas were great & we all really enjoyed them. Great service on both nights too.

So my fiancé and I were at your restaurant last night. We ordered half chicken/half steak fajitas. The steak was by far the worst steak I’ve ever had. So i asked if we could swap out the steak for more chicken, the waitress was like yes. So when we got our check we got charged for a full price chicken fajita and also a side of chicken. I asked to speak to the manager, whew wish i would have never done that SIXTO was rude and absolutely did not understand the principle. He was not understanding at all, may need a little more customer service skills I thought we were at Disney i felt like i was treated with no respect at all. He was not sorry or anything. End of the day make sure you check your bill and word of advice do not order the bland, chewy steak!!

Another delicious meal at Maya. We have been here before. Once again, it did not disappoint. Our server, Topher was wonderful...attentive, not pushy and friendly. The appetizer, Chips/salsa/queso was delicious. Salted just right and fresh. The lime daquiri was so good! Completely refreshing. Tge Mexican sangria was also very good. I got chicken enchiladas. They arrived out the table sizzibg hot cheesy and perfectly seasoned. Honestly, better than ones I've had in Mexico. My companions ordered fish tacos and the queso burger. The fish tacos were tasty, my daughter enjoyed. The burger was delicious according to my husband. At this point, we have tried most of the restaurants at WDW. This place is a standout! The service is fantastic and the food is fresh hot and delicious. I strongly reccomend Maya Grill!

Beautiful Spanish restaurant located in the Disney World resort. Wonderful variety of entrees and appetizers including traditional styles and updates to classics. Generous portions and very friendly and attentive staff.Variety of beer and cocktails, including a delicious take on Sangria made with tequila, to pair with your meal.Beef fajitas were flavorful and tender. Chicken enchiladas were packed with taste and smothered in cheese. Nachos were very tasty with a drizzling of Mexican crema, guacamole, and jalapeños.The atmosphere of the dining room is accented with wall coverings and paintings. There is also a roaming Spanish guitar player that adds to the mood.

This is one of my favorite restaurants at Disney World. Do to the pandemic it was actually closed down for many months and has reopened with limited days, limited hours and a limited menu. The restaurant was still beautiful and the night we went the live guitarist was there which made it seem like we were back prepandemic until the menu came. The complementary bread service with different butter and hummus has been nixed. It's sorta been replaced with chips and salsa that you can order as an appetizer. The service was good and friendly but many of the long-time wait staff did not return because of the shortened hours of operation. Coronado Springs is our favorite hotel. The restaurants were one of the biggest reason for staying there. We would go to Maya Grill for special occasions. It doesn't quite live up to its prepandemic self. Hopefully it will return. Until then I'm open to finding a better place for special occasions.
