Lovely location and good service
The Salted Rim at pool was Horrible! They charge you $14 or more for a cocktail and forget to put the alcohol in it. They refuse to fix it. The waiter was kind enough to take it off our bill.
Sebastian was awesome. great service, great drinks and food.
Always great atmosphere. Service was great. Enjoyed the Lava Shrimp appetizer, the Cuban sandwich and the fish tacos. Fish tacos were flaky and crispy. Not a fan of the black bean side.
A nostalgic visit to this restaurant, given that I came here with my Brother-In-Law six years ago to sample and finish the ‘Volcano Nachos’ (the rest of the family went to see Jessie J). On this occasion, I shared them with my wife (‘Chilli’ on the side to suit her dietary choices). These were accompanied by ‘Onion Rings’ and a Kid’s ‘Fish And Chips’. As expected, the portions were massive (smiley face) and for me, the ‘Onion Rings’ were actually the star of the show. Served as a fountain with two delicious dips, I forgot how much I loved them! We didn’t actually sample the infamous ‘Margarita’ - it was a hot day and soft drinks seemed to be doing the job. Our server seated us outside (fully booked indoors) and the table was thankfully under a fan. It had decent views over the ‘City Walk’. He was polite and even managed to bring our son’s portion out when it was ready (this prevented a hunger meltdown). All in all, a decent visit and well worthy of a 4/5 rating. Definitely falls into the ‘value for money’ category!
This was the only restaurant that I had a reservation for. Walked up to the desk at specified time and was told the table wasn’t ready so we sat in the bar. 30 mins later and I got in line again to speak to the desk. Oh we have you sitting at an outside table. No I said we are still waiting to be called. After some hugging and puffing we were shown to our table. I have Coeliac disease and booked this restaurant specifically because I had eaten there before and there was plenty of choice. I spoke to the server and all she said I could safely eat was the nachos and a chicken dish. After feeling very disappointed we ordered the nachos to share I ordered the chicken and my husband and daughter ordered theirs. To be quite honest it was the worst meal that we had in the 16 nights in Orlando. Cold and tasteless and something that I could have cooked better. Will not be returning.
myself and husband and 2 teenage boys visited for famous nachos, food very overpriced and cold. Restaurant busy, ordered x2 beers, very small size with 2 soft drinks. Poor service and quality, i wouldnt return
Cold food ,not enough staff. When the volcano started the band did a sound check !! So it was a total flop. Why would they do that when the most coolest thing was to happen. Food. Ordered onion rings as starter, they were Luke warm but we were hungry so ate them. Waited then for our mains which were cold, it's like they don't have enough staff and food is sitting in the kitchen. Have back my main and it came back shrimp were hot fries cold. The table beside us food took forever and the chef brought it out as an apology and then made a mean face behind the guests as he was leaving. The band were awful They comped my main and then refused to use our UOAP discount. Overall crap food , drinks were good, server Mick was overwhelmed in his section . Many other places to eat in city walk don't waste your money here
Every trip we make to Orlando involves at least one night dining out at Margaritaville. The service and food are always good. I recommend the fish tacos, cheese burger and the jambalaya is also really good.
We enjoyed lunch here yesterday and the lady who was taking care of us was just lovely too. Her name was either Nicola or Nicole, very friendly and attentive, checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Atmosphere is always nice, and it’s very clean and tidy. Club Sandwich is amazing and huge……the bbq pulled pork burger was excellent as was the salad. Best Blackberry Margarita around…….look forward to returning in the next 10 days or so.
