Found this hidden gem while wandering the mall waiting for our evening flight home, and grabbed some gelato. The store is beautiful and so cutely decorated. The gelato was delicious! I got a small cup with 2 flavours (which is a wonderful option, I hate when a small size only allows one flavour) and got the passion fruit cheesecake and the white chocolate pistachio which were both delicious. Love this spot
The Ice Cream is “da bomb”! Manager is very courteous and professional. The entire facility is clean and picture friendly. The picture of me there in the morning speaks for itself. If you love ice cream, coffee, or even red velvet cake like I do, go to the Florida Mall and get to this cool establishment.

You pay at the counter and then can eat inside at one of their “train” booth. Credit cards accepted. There are sorbet options available for those who want a lighter flavor too.The first employee who helped us gave us banana split instead of dulce de leche, but the second employee who came to help us was efficient and quickly gave us our correct order. You can get half portions in the cup, and I split a medium cup with dulce de leche and chocolate hazelnut cream (which tasted like crushed up ferrero rocher). You could also get a sugar or waffle cone for an additional cost. The overall vibe was cute and bright.

Excellent service, very attentive staff and they are super friendly walking you through the order and tasting process. The flavors are all very good but the chocolate sorbet was amazing. Went with my large family and they were busy but they still took the time to be attentive and take care of each of us. For sure want to keep coming back here for dessert night.
Gelato was pretty good however I was not happy with the customer service. My boyfriend and I wanted to try a new dessert spot so we decided on this one. First of all no one was behind the counter to assist when we arrived and second they did not provide appropriate attention when we asked how to order. third when we asked to try samples the employee “Paula” was rude towards us. I’m giving 3 stars because the Gelato was actually tasty.

Lucciano's is located inside the mall near the food pavilion. The Passion Fruit and Mango Gelato taste good. There also sitting inside that is shape like Carousel.My suggestion would be for the staff to be more attentive with the customers. We waited several minutes while the two girls made a coffee for a previous customer. Overall I would return to try more flavors ?
