Pricey but worth it for the dinner meal. Quality, all you care to eat, family style meal. I dropped it to four stars instead of five because our server recommended we get drinks that were not part of the all you can eat menu so we had up-charges we weren’t expecting. The food is great, the turkey is flavorful and the pot roast is astonishingly delicious and tender. The sides are good too - mashed potatoes, stuffing and mac and cheese will make you go back for more. The yeast rolls are classic and the toffee cake dessert is wonderful. If you don’t want an up-charge, don’t get the frozen lemonade!I made the reservation in advance on the app and I recommend you do that too, so you can eat when you want and there’s no wait!
Ok. That salad dressing—honey shallot- incredible. Knew that we didn’t want to “fill up” on salad with so many other great foods to follow, but simply could not stop eating it. I seriously would have licked the plate if it wouldn’t have looked crazy. Everything was so good. Our waiter said to just tell him what we wanted more of and he would bring it. He did just that. So so good. Loved it.
This is my favorite restaurant on Disney property. It was fantastic. The food fills you up with that “homey” feel. Delicious! The Mac and cheese is banging! And that dessert. They have to wheel me away I’m so full! I’m a good way. Thank you to my server Jordan so kind and cute!!
There's no better place to eat at the Magic Kingdom. We ate here years ago when it was a character meal. It no longer is, but the food is still superb. Family style dining, so you pay one price, no menus ,and get bowls of mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, post roast, turkey, ham and a fabulous dessert. All you can eat. Passing food around a table is unusual at restaurants these days, so to eat this way was fun and unique. The service was great too, and Liberty Tree looks and feels like an old house. The wood floors creak beneath your feet, the bathrooms are upstairs. It's like you're eating at a Victorian Mansion. Great experience.
We went after hearing so many good reviews and wanting to try something a little different. We were not disappointed!! Very good food, and the restaurant is very appropriately decorated. A little pricey, but it is in Disney so you have to expect that. Would definitely return if I had family coming in town.
This was the first restaurant I ate at at Disney and it did not disappoint. There's a reason why this is recommended by so many Disney blogs and videos! Liberty Tree Tavern features a fixed menu with a Thanksgiving feast theme. If I recall correctly, it was around $100 USD for two including taxes and tip and it's the same price and offering for lunch and dinner. For that reason, the next time I come it'll probably be at dinner so I can eat more and take my time since it's all you can eat style! My favourite item was, surprisingly, the salad. It was just so refreshing, my boyfriend and I both had two!
We returned to an old favorite spot and once again were so happy we did. The food is as delicious and plentiful as always. Very efficient and friendly service. Love the atmosphere. Don’t miss it!
Hidden Family Style Gem. We last minute made reservations based on availability. Although buffet, waitstaff serves you. Amazing mashed potatoes, turkey, stuffing, green beans, bread and the best salad dressing I have ever eaten. By far one of our fav restaurants in all of Disney!!!
This is essentially an all-you-can-eat restaurant that serves Thanksgiving Dinner. The ambience is very subdued and makes a nice place to take time out from the crowds of the park. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, bringing more of anything you might want. The food comprises of turkey, pot roast (especially good), pork, stuffing, green beans, mashed potato, gravy, and mac & cheese - all of which are excellent. Starter is bread rolls and a delicious salad and dessert is an amazing toffee pudding. Price also includes unlimited refills of fountain sodas. Alcoholic and special drinks are available at an extra charge. Compared to the prices of everywhere else in the Magic Kingdom, this is definitely the cheapest option for those with big appetites. However it isn't ideal to be eating a large roast dinner when its 90 degrees plus outside, and a post-dinner nap may be in order. If nothing else, I wouldn't ride any roller coasters just after eating here...
We’ve been to Disney World three times in the past 5 years. This has been our go-to spot every time and we have never been disappointed. My husband is a VERY picky eater (not adventurous, likes simple/familiar foods) and we’ve been with travel companions who are much more discerning when it comes to restaurants and food. We (and those with us) have enjoyed every meal. If you enjoy “comfort food”, this is the spot for you!
