Nury our server Was the best experience I ever had in this great place for authentic Colombian food and staff there are very attentive now… I must said that the last few times I been here the food is always been and is amazing but the service. Was not so good. But now that has improved in a tremendous way. I Dede recommended 100 percent. Located across the street from gator land after so many time trying these amazing Colombian culinary great flavors and variety of choices and for for display and presentation of the food is just amazing Love it.
First time trying this restaurant and my last. Just paid $15 for Pollo a la plancha with white rice and plantains through Uber Eats. As you can see I only got 3 plantains, a small portion of rice and a the chicken was almost paper thin. Extremely overpriced!
Carolina the waitress was amazing. Very nice and excellent service. No good management. Treat employees really bad. I was sorry for them.
The food is always good but management has decided to basically put their hands in customer's pocket. They have implemented an additional fee if paying with credit card. ( 90 % of customer pay with card). The prices have been increased as well.If you have a party of 5 or more they include a service charge and include the suggested gratuity chart. However, when you get the printed bill they changed the wording from service to read "add'l tip". That is misleading and a customer who doesn't read the bill will likely end up tipping twice.This is shameful. I've been a loyal customer for many years but after this incident I will take my business elsewhere. I don't like being misled.

Food was good. Took longer to order and get food than expected. Charge 20% tip for group and then try to get additional tip at checkout. Don't post pricing for soft drinks or that refills not free. Ended up charging us over $36 for 12 can of coke/sprite! AND charged $10.05 to use a credit card! I won't bring another group back here again. $261 for nine people.
Over 30 minutes waiting for the plate I ordered arrived, after waiting 7 min for my beverage to arrive during slow hours. Thursday 3PM. the restaurant was nearly empty. I got up and went to go pay for my beverage, I handed a $20 bill, guess what... no change at the register. Meanwhile my salad arrived as I was waiting for minutes for them to find change. I said keep the $17 , I don't want to wait another 10+ minutes.I left, took pictures and posted on my 10M views profile who is in the top 5% of restaurant reviews. What a shame. Do Not invite me back. Keep my $20.
My wife and I were looking for a nice lively latin food restaurant and bar for our date night and we found it. The food is great, the environment was lively and mature scene. We felt very comfortable and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Bad, bad, really bad. Every time I did order to go I had a bad experience.when I coming back to my home I always missed ingredients or sides in my order. Last time I ordered cazuela de frijoles; and they put only frijoles and a two little pieces of not cooking well chicharron, also a two small pieces of maduros. And they miss my corn cake ( little arepas). And was to expensive. I don’t mind to pay if my food it’s well cooked and completed; but always something wrong happened. They need toro pay attention of these matter.
