Placed an order over the phone to pick up in 20 minutes. Came over, paid and now they can't find my food. Heard them arguing in the kitchen. Now the can't find my order in the computer to get a refund. Well they had no problem finding the order to charge me. Terrible service. Wasted almost an hour of my time. Now I have 2 hungry kids and no food. Maybe it's for the best because if they cannot follow through on an order, how can you trust them to be safe with your food? Going to charge them back on my CC. Order #048. April 17, 2022. 5:45pm.Update: 4/19 - They ended up giving me a partial refund for the food and are trying to keep the gratuity. The refund receipt they gave me shows a full refund with $0.00 charged. Scumbags.
Love the community deli here at Villagewalk ( Lake Nona Deli). Very Convenient for last minute refreshments, wine and pizza. Love the fact that they add a new item to the menu monthly and love how clean it is and the fact that I can also pump gas while waiting for my to go order is priceless. I also have had the privilege of hosting small gatherings here very convenient for my clients and my friends.

Not a great experience on my last visit here, I ordered my usual favorite dessert from here... 3 scoops of ice cream in a cup. Cashier rings it up for $8.31, confused I look at their menu right on counter top infront of me. Price says $4.50 for 3 scoops in all menus which is what I recall usually paying. So I ask if there is a mistake? She says prices recently went up. Ok.... Shouldn't the menu be ready with updates prices before a price change takes effect? I mean a jump from $4.50 to $8.31 is like about a 95% increase. LolAnyway... I paid and left but I was disappointed.Please update your menus so customers don't feel like they are getting ripped off.
