I loved this place when the Original Owners had it!! Today was very cold and not very friendly!! Food still taste the same since they kept the same cook (God bless his hands) but the atmosphere is not as friendly nor not as welcoming! The price for two plates with a coke came out to near $30USD FOR THE PRICE THEY COULD BE A LOT MORE WELCOMING WONT BE BACK SAD TO SAY!!
Food is really good and the selection is plentiful. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that they are really unorganized. We ordered ahead and paid for a rather large order days ahead and we're told it would be ready. Not only was it not ready but they weren't even aware we were coming until I was standing there asking about it. So all in all our event was pushed back another hour since we were stuck waiting as they put it together.
Love the location, always clean, spacious, big, you don't feel crowded, great food selection, obviously Spanish food, mostly Puerto Rican style, great flavors, the portions are very generous, my favorite reason to eat here...Always fresh food, hot, and looks very delicious.Costumer service it's ok, I think they could work in better skills, more smiles, more friendly, it's not just serve you a plate and go, its about making the costumer feel good.Nice atmosphere, music is always playing in the background, makes the dining time more enjoyable.Plenty of desserts, my favorite is the flan.Enjoyable and yes! I would recommend it to everyone.
Someone shared this place with me and it was the best. The variety of food options, the freshness, the flavor, and the prices are amazing. The fried fish was the best I've had anywhere. Will definitely be back. Most affordable way to feed a family of 4. There was something for everyone.
The arroz ? con gandules was excellent. Delicious ? and flavorful. The pork gets a 9 out of 10, it was adobado very well but the skin needed to be crisper. The green bananas were cooked thoroughly and not mushy. I highly recommend.
Food is not good. It feels like been there for a long time. Poor customer service.
This place has the best Spanish food you want to eat. Always fresh and very tasty and the staff is so nice and very helpful and friendly. Great place to eat. Barack Obama visited this place when he was president and his picture is still up on their wall for everyone to see.
I’m from Ocala and was working in Orlando and decided to give this place a try. I must say that I was very impressed by the quality of the food and the portions they served. Definitely would recommend this place.
excellent attention and quality, they have a Lunch Special, of which up to two people can eat, they serve quite a lot, and the food is really delicious and homemade.
