La Herradura was amazing! We came with an extra large group and they were incredibly accommodating to make us a reservation ahead of time, they were very fast even for a group our size (17) and all the staff were so friendly. The food was amazing all around - everyone tried different things and it was all great. Some people ordered margaritas and they were delicious and HUGE! The space was beautiful with all kinds of unique and colorful decorations. Music did get loud around 8:30 or so with a dj- very fun but good to know. They accommodated separate checks, too. I'm not from the area, but when I am back I'll be visiting La Herradura again and I can't wait!

Margaritas were great! $18.00 each. Food was delish!! Atmosphere was very festive. Total for 3pp $98.00.. ouch!!

To say the service was bad would be a understatement. Our server was completely useless and I mean completely useless. Food took forever to come and I had to hunt down another server on 3 different occasions to find our server. The Manager was completely useless as well as all he did was stand around looking completely miserable. We will never dine here again. Many other servers were on their phones as well. Honestly, they would be better off having customers wait on themselves for the experience would be much better. How are they even in business? I felt like I was on a hidden camera prank show.

Found this place while traveling to Orlando and didn’t want to go to the usual place. This is such a pleasant surprise! The place is colorful and when we were there they had live mariachi music, which made it a bit difficult to hear anything. However, the food was amazing! The tacos were not skimpy and the guacamole was good. The margaritas were pretty delicious but maybe a bit too syrupy. The prices were awesome. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area for some good food.

Great service and food!! Would eat here again!

Don't go on a Saturday night. Sat here for 2 hours and still have not received our food. The music is way too loud. And the place is way too crowded

Delicious Mexican food, they have a lot of options to choose from.Delicious tequila cocktails, very friendly staff and the environment is nice. Sometimes the music is a bit loud but they can lower the volume a bit if a customer requests.

The food is amazing! Really authentic. Will come back for sure!

Terrible service. We had to wait almost an HOUR to be seated! We called 30 minutes prior to arriving to reserve a table for 9, and they said that we didn’t need a reservation. We get there and ask for a table (mind you- there are SEVERAL empty tables) but they say there are none available. We see other people arriving and immediately being escorted to the empty tables! When we asked about two tables in the back that were empty, they said those were for the owner, but we saw people being seated in those. I guess you have to be friends with the owner to be able to get a reservation. Unbelievable and rude too.

We were not informed from our server Luis that our party of 10 already had a tip included on our bill when he presented it to us and pressured us without allowing us enough time to review our bill for over priced Mexican food. Therefore we ended up tipping 40%. The food was good but very overpriced and our server was not knowledgeable of the menu and was very sneaky with trying to basically steel money from his customers. It was difficult for the staff to understand me when trying to get a reservation and again never informed us that the tip was included on the bill for a party of 6 or more. I do not recommend this restaurant unless you like dealing with untrustworthy people. I give this place 0 stars.
