Taste is subjective, I'm opposite of most of the other reviewers here, but this is the best acai I've ever had. It's pure acai, no other ingredients added! That is the taste of acai unlike other products or offerings out there that water their versions down, this is 100% concentrated acai. That being said, this location in particular I've visited three times, and every, single, time there has been no one working there. The store is obviously open, with toppings out, iPad POS on the counter, etc. I don't understand why there's never anyone here during the hours they claim thier open.Don't waste your time and go to the other Kingdom Acai location here in Orlando.
Wrong hours on website, no sign inside saying they were not open mid day. The other restaurants inside laughed when we asked about them. Obvious awful management that needs to be replaced with someone competent.
Customer service was great! But the açaí bowl was horrible. I had high expectations that were unfortunately not met. Half of my bowl were only toppings and the açaí was all the way at the bottom, but that’s not the bad part. The açaí tasted like dirt, and had a consistency of sand. There were also ants on the counter but it was a little understandable since there’s a lot of sweets, but I’ve been to other places and I’ve never seen this. Save your money and don’t come to place as it is too over priced. I payed $23 for 2 small bowls. Definitely a no no.
I came here looking for a fantastic, mouth watering açaí bowl. I had immense expectations for this place, which unfortunately were not met. For starters the bowl was mostly toppings which overfilled and dripped on the sides, less than half of the bowl was açaí. And when it came to the acai it gave very much dirt, very much earthy realness. It was malicious and sinister for the worker to serve us that bowl. However the worker was nice and spoke our mother tongue which made it easier for my mom to communicate what she wanted. I would not recommend this bowl for anyone who wants a good experience with an acai bowl; I wasted 26 dollars on 2 bowls which were disgusting. Once again do not recommend. ??
This is place is too expensive and the food quality is really bad. First of all, there are no signs indicating a price, it's by weight. But even the price per ounce isn't on a sign. Second, the fruits/toppings were all bad (bananas, mango and even the peanut butter tasted stale. My bowl came out to $18!! Avoid at all cost.
$18 dollars for a very bad bowl of black soup. Such a disgrace in comparison to the many acai bowls you can get for $10 in central florida. It would be nice to know the price of the bowl as the employee continues to dump the toppings on there. Good thing we only asked for one bowl.If the acai was good I would have swallowed the $18 cost. But, it was so baddddd i really want my money back.
Had only 3 options on the menu available. Maybe 1 o'clock in the afternoon was too early??
The service was fantastic .... the Açaí bowl however was over priced and had a bitter disturbing flavor. If you like the taste of cabbage water and green beans ...then this is the bowl for you. By far the nastiest Açaí bowl In town... if you are looking for a horrific experience then this place is for you, if not please run while you can ... nothing but diarrhea and waste of money in this place... they should be ashamed for serving such a disgusting Açaí...negative 60 stars ⭐️
The customer service its gonna cost your business. My first time there and I walked out with out purchasing. I was there waiting until the employee showed, when she finally shows she don't even said hi and she ignored me totally. I ask for a menu cause a have no idea how it works and she just told its by weight so I believe its serve service in this pandemic situation, that's a big no no for me.So sorry for the bad review but customer service its the live of the business.
I came here on my break. I don't remember the name of the woman working, but she didn't speak English, thats fine just using it as a descriptor since no one else was working.I should have left once I saw ants on the counter. I shrugged it off since the place does have a lot of sweets and toppings out. And I've work with food also so I know it could just be a flare up.She didn't use gloves, which I get since she's not touching the food directly. But with covid-19 she really should be wearing gloves. She also had a full set of acrylic nails. Which is 100% NOT in accordance with Florida State and federal health code. After i she made my bowl and handed it to me I already started eating it. She was cleaning up some crumbs that had fell on the counter from the toppings I choose and WITH HER FINGER NAILS SHE PUT THE GRANOLA BACK INTO THE CONTAINER.I walked out and immediately threw it in the trash. That woman needs to be fired. Or you guys need to train her properly.
