Please check your order before leaving, no fries were given to us when we ordered for takeout. Disappointed.
I went into this place not long before closing last week, doors were open, things seemed normal. they did lock the doors while I stood in line at the counter. stood there at least 5 minutes before someone FINALLY acknowledge my presence. at which point she said "we don't have anything to sell." I was confused and asked what do you mean you don't have anything to sell - at which point I got major attitude and head motions and facial expressions as she repeated VERY loudly, "we DON'T have anything to sell." at this point, I figured this was a lost cause as they clearly didn't care that I'd stood in line in their restaurant where they supposedly "sell thigs." needless to say, I do NOT recommend this restaurant. there were many others standing around waiting on something - pickup orders, delivery, something. never did see any food go out while I was there.
I live in the area and nearly every time I come here, the drive through lights are on and I wait at the speaker only to be told they are doing inside ordering only. One time the person working made fun of the fact they are only doing inside ordering when I asked when they will start using the drive through, since it had been more than 5 visits were they said i could only order inside, by saying “umm i don’t know, maybe in 10-15 mins after you leave, we’ll start taking drive through orders.” Meanwhile every time I’ve attempted to order food in the drive through I drive past the window and see employees leaning with no customers at the counter. I don’t understand why they can’t run the drive through along side the inside counter. It’s easy!
The staff were helpful and freindly. Ordered my food and had a ten minute wait which I didn't mind because the chicken was cooked fresh and was very hot and they were quite busy
This location is reviewed very poorly for a reason. Employee mumbled something in the drive through intercom about drive through being closed, started laughing and said she told us three times and wasn’t going to say anything more and turned it off laughing. Terrible service.
It was a nightmare! I have never seen such awful service (until I have the displeasure of going to Kristin and kream on Times Square). Rude people, rude as I have never seen. They screamed at people. Throw the food at the counter. I just grabbed mine and stormed out to never come back. I know pandemic drove people crazy and impolite, but I am a costumer. Hated, hated. Hated
I am here at Orlando, FL for vacation. I ordered sandwiches and tenders meal combo online from KFC at this location. I came to pick up my order and met the service staffs. I was rudely told to wait for my order, but the order was already ready in the pick up area. I also didn’t receive my full order. Since, the beverage and the biscuits were missing.
I received the best customer service ever from MS. Shalaviarree(AKA) TANK & HER MANAGER MR.Gabre.Both were professional kind and very welcoming. The food was fresh and the location was clean. I enjoyed having my meal at this location. Thank you KFC for hiring such amazing people. Thank you. & THANK YOU TO BOTH Shalaviarree(AKA) TANK & THE MANAGER ON DUTY MR.GABRE. ❤️
The employees are glossy eyed and absolutely lost. Specifically there was an employee who asked me if I would like to get fries with my order since I was missing a side. Thing is the manager had JUST announced to the restaurant there are no fries or any other sides except mashed potatoes.After that is straight lying to my face that didn’t effect me too much personally but on a grand scheme is literally thousands of dollars. They have a donation system like other restaurants that rounds up your order to the nearest dollar and the manager didn’t ask me whether or not I wanted to donate and just did it for me anyways.Oh and every table except one was very dirty. Pretty unpleasant experience. I would recommend going to the Walgreens next to it for literally any other calorie possible.
I am from Houston we visited to universal studios and stop by this location the lady who took my order don’t even have a manner how to talk with customer at least show some respect the way she said we are out of this and that I felt like Go to Hell and even though I was ok whatever the remaining sides left she made my order wrong I nicely told her can you please correct my order and again she replied really bad and it was not just me every customer she was talking like that, but I believe whoever owns this place he don’t care what people are talking about this location.
