There’s nothing better than this! Karelyn’s is the best vegan food my bf and I have ever had!! Also they have hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced :) Such an awesome group of people running a delicious business! Their old location used to be too far from my bf and I. So, we made sure to go to every vegan festival in Orlando to see if they attended. Absolutely love them and will be a customer until I go broke or if they go out of business (they won’t). Thank you for everything y’all are fire!!!

Karelyns is amazing!!!!!!! The food is soooo delicious and the staff are so kind and friendly too!!!! Truly one of my favorite plant based restaurants in central Florida! I could eat that Mac n cheese everyday!!! Five stars!!!!
I absolutely love their food! I am vegan and Karelyn’s Vegan is an awesome company. The owners are so friendly, down to earth, and their vegan soul food literally touched my soul the first time I had it. I am desperately trying to get back to Orlando for another taste! Recommended Vegan food with all natural ingredients. 10/10
If you are craving soul food but are vegan--Karelyn's is THEE spot! The macaroni is flavorful, the tenders are juicy, in love with the greens. Their gourmet burgers are fire & fill you up! The lemonade is homemade & that better than Chick-fil-A & I stand on that. Oh & the hot sauce is perfect! They have the sweetest team who treat you like you're their cousin & clearly LOVE what they do. Just try them once & you'll be addicted too. I buy my food & eat in the parking lot, can't even post a cute picture on IG
Twice I have ordered from this place twice I am beyond disappointed! The unprofessionalism of the Manager/Owner I spoke with is unmatched. I first ordered ckn and waffles . The oil that the waffles were fried in was very old and the flavor was burnt. I called and the woman I spoke with issued a gift card for a future order. A week later home from a major surgery I decided to redeem my gift card. I ordered rib tips, a short cake and lemonade. My cake was molded! I called to address yet another issue and the treatment I received was plain disgusting ! I was speaking to the same woman who I brought my issues to prior i didn’t want to be confrontational so I just asked for a refund she then stated that “we already got your 1 star review so I guess I’ll just refund your meal” makes me think was this retaliation for leaving a honest review? So I go to redeem and I get sent molded food ? She got very hostile after I called her unprofessional then hung up on me . She then calls back to apologize for getting “frustrated “ and for hanging up at this point I told her she didn’t have to save face just give me my money back. She proceeds to tell me she gave my personal info to one of her employees to call me and apologize!! What in the entire he!! . Who does that? Why would you give my phone number away ? I just don’t understand why this is ok or why anyone would think it was. I’m truly applaud by the level of UNPROFESSIONAL AUDACITY of this place. Sadly one person can ruin it for an entire brand and the brand of this place will forever be stained in my mind forever .

Seriously the best vegan soul food. When I think of soul food, I want it from a little hole in the wall kind of place—and this is exactly it! It’s hidden in a small gas station, it smells like fried food when you walk in, and I promise you it tastes like regular soul food. I was absolutely amazed. Delicious!
Karelyn’s soul food is absolutely my favorite plate of vegan food IN ORLANDO/ all of central Florida!! Everything I’ve had there has never disappointed. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. And HUGE BONUS points for having the kindest staff! Everytime they make me feel right at home and comfortable. I love love love this place! The amazing food and people’s energy is enough for me to make the drive anytime I want some real food ?
