It was our first time visiting Kalaloo Restaurant this evening, but it will not be our last! From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed by the two young ladies who greeted us and our server Stephanie exceeded our expectations. Great customer service is not common these days, so she was refreshing. We planned to come back even before we received our meal... BUT... the meal sealed the deal! The portions were generous, the food was fresh and absolutely delicious! We'll be recommending this restaurant to friends and family.

This place was AWESOME!!! My party was 14 deep and we all were accommodated real nicely! The ladies were excellent in service, the food was delicious and the drinks were EVEN BETTER!!! Strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone!!! Loved it and will be [email protected]
I came with my families to Orlando, we were looking for a good Haitian restaurant we came across a taxi driver, he recommended kalalou Caribbean restaurant, honestly I don’t regret driving there the service and the food was fantastic. Me and my families enjoyed it
Looks good but wasn’t the best and not for the price , this was a large and it was $17.04 I had 5 pieces of griot and fat when I go to other restaurants i get atleast 10/14 little pieces and the price usually starts from $11-$14 and I’d usually get 3-4 plantains , the place has a bar on the inside so it’s made for like that type of scenery which is why I think the prices are like that but they didn’t have any pikilez they ran out and the peppers they put on top wasn’t much as you can see in the picture , the food wasn’t nasty it was decent but it most definitely wasn’t the best I’ve had out here and sure isn’t in comparison to Miami
I order through Uber eats a few days ago and I was satisfied with my order. I got the creole stew chicken with the djondjon rice. The stew chicken had a kick to it definitely delicious adding the gravy to the rice. This is a must if you are not sure what to order. I will be ordering again for sure
Was in Orlando this weekend, even though the restaurant was 36 min from my hotel ordered take out. The staff was very professional and food was delicious. Very impressed.
The customer service provided by Stephanie was the bomb, she smiles the whole time that she was serving us, and the food was delicious. I will definitely go back whenever I'm in Orlando??
Food was delicious! Presentation was amazing and the outdoor seating was perfect on a sunny day. Severed by Shadea and her service was great, amazing cocktails and authetic flavors with nice portions. Highly recommend this restaurant and we will return when we come back on town??
Food at Kalalou is DELICIOUS! Best Haitian restaurrant in town. You can never be disappointed. Every single ithem on the menu is kn point. Food is expensive but good. I just think that the legume is overpriced and the legume portion is way too small for the price you pay.
