I give it one star because even though the lady behind the counter with the long gorgeous black hair is very very nice the chefs Cooks food prep whomever they are in the kitchen are working on some other form of time that I don't recognize as being humanly natural. I'm basically saying that they're slower than molasses. Some may construe that as careful preparation and pride in preparing food but I'm not one of those people. I ordered last night on Cinco de Mayo a simple hot dog and a simple hamburger for some friends of mine the place was pretty lively as usual but what was really bothersome is the very first time I was there I waited 30 minutes for a hamburger last night was no different two people that were a ways behind me in the line actually received their gigantic orders before I did even though I did not wander away from the counter where I ordered specifically so she would not forget about me in the crowd of people. It infuriated me and I almost lost my temper wanting so much to raise my voice however that would have gotten me nowhere. Will never ever return ever good luck calling in an order because they're not going to answer the phone so there is no alluding that extra extra long wait time.
This place is amazing, authentic Colombian burger, the resemblance is unique, meat, preparation and all the sauces, pineapple, Zulu and garlic powered the hamburger to the sky. The girls at the front provided an excellent service
Best Burger place around OBT! I have been coming here since 2019 and have had an amazing experience everytime I go. Food is fresh and made to order! In a rush, order ahead because this is the place to be for lunch traffic.
It was my first time trying it . My sister inlaw said I needed to try their burger ? and it was the best choice I ever made . I was a Lil hesitant at first because she said to put piña in it but I can't even describe the most wonderful taste this burger had you would just have to take my word for it and try it yourself . I feel the price for the burgers are fair because of how big the burgers are and everything that is put in the burger . If you ever have free time and extra cash try them out i promise you won't be disappointed ? ? ? ?
We love coming here after a long day at work and pick up the snack pack, the only thing is there a little pricey for some things on through Menu the food is excellent would recommend jr.burger!
Food is great. BUT the customer service will make you not want to come back. To start with. Called 8 times before going to place the order. No one picked up. We got their ready to order. No one was in the store. So their is no reason to why they shouldn’t pick up the phone during opening hours. We went in to order and we go to the front to where the girl is at the register, she has brown hair and her hair tied up. She was on her phone the min we got their and she looks up and calls the other girl with long straight black hair and goes back to her phone and doesn’t say a word to us. ( I would understand if you are on your break, you should not be on your break behind the counter if that was the case. Not sure if she was) she could have told us that the other girl was coming to help. But she just went back to her phone not speaking to us. We were standing their confused for a min. Moving forward the girl with the long black hair took our order. Was disrespectful, she clearly was trying to rush our order and over charging us. While we were ordering she took the order from the person behind us while we were still trying to conclude our order, this made getting our food even more stressful, once we ordered we tried to get sauces and all the sauces dispenser were empty I had asked if they could be filled, the same girl ignored me and walked away. Honestly even tho the food is good. Having to go to all that trouble just to get your food isn’t worth it. You end up losing appetite. The training for customer service should be better then this.

Beef is flavored Colombian style. Tastes great! Also, you must use both the pink sauce and pineapple sauce on the burger. Quality buns and moist. Great combo!
I was looking to eat this place long time ago. Went to to some service to the car and stop by here to have a quick eat until it was done. I asked for a Junior burger and it was good. The meat was I little cold than expected, lettuce it look a little old or saggy,the fries were ok but at all it looks and taste good. I would suggested to keep it up on the quality and talked the employees about it and customer service.
