The red fish tacos were amazing. My waitress suggested blackened and it was spot on..large portion. Very satisfied. Jaime was wondering and I could see working hard with so many tables at once. My drink was refilled before I could set it down. She was very attentive. They were all so welcoming and friendly to my dog and that speaks volumes. This was my first visit and I hope to catch the talented Joey Calderaio band that played Friday there again. They were great!
We have enjoyed this place for great ambience, service, food, and drinks since it opened. Today, for the first time, we came for brunch and to watch premier league. What a great spot for early games and the brunch was remarkable. I had sausage gravy and biscuit with fried potatoes and it was, hands down, the best I’ve ever had anywhere. The biscuit was homemade and, though not advertised as such, the sausage tasted the same. Fried potatoes were amazing too. Add to that, delicious $4.50 Bloody Marys and $3.50 mimosas (not tasted) and I’ve found my favorite Sunday brunch spot.
The best burgers in Orlando!!! Live music 6 days a week and the best liqour, wine and beer selection! They work really hard to make your experience awesome!! One of my favorite places in Orlando!
Bands, food all around great, great variety, love the Cuban and deviled eggs, fried mushrooms. The manager never let's you down, wow that guy never stops and pays attention. Prices very reasonable for what you get! You will not be disappointed. Outside of coarse well designed and relaxing, clientele mixed and friendly.
What food I've had has been good. I Like the bowls. The environment is great, open, fun to be with friends. That in mind, they have great live bands so don't go if you are wanting a conversation instead of hearing the great music, as it is too loud to really talk. But, it's a must visit place you will love.
There are two reasons I'm giving Johnny's Other Side 4 stars:1. 4.5 wasn't an option.2. The live music can be too loud sometimes.Clearly I sound like I'm 85, but I'm far from it. It's only when the live music includes electric guitars, drum sets, etc. A more acoustic feel suits ANY restaurant when people came to eat and communicate with friends, not necessarily see the band performing.Not trying to hate on our talented musicians out there! Y'all rock. Hopefully you get it though. I love when y'all are on the Johnny stage though!Other than that, Johnny's is BY FAR a favorite. Great food. Great vibes. Great times. We sure do love us some Johnny's!
Our party of ten really enjoyed the open air environment of Johnny's, the puffs of fresh air through the bar/lounge space offers the el fresco atmosphere yet cozy interior space. Our server was excellent, managed multiple tickets, remembered drink orders, and was cheerful & professional. Overall, the food at the table was just okay (even though my burger was fantastic) and the drinks a tad weak, but the live entertainment "Off The Charts" was superb. We'll definitely come back.
Out of towner here, my family and I stopped here before heading to airport- glad we did. We came here to eat, not drink, but they had a very elaborate drink menu that I would’ve entertained if it were another time.Keep in mind they have a brunch menu (till 2pm) & a dinner menu. We made the mistake of picking items from the online menu, though some items aren’t available on the brunch menu.Let me get to them point, the food was awesome! You could tell the food was fresh and there was some thought and love put into the recipes/ingredients.You don’t always expect that at a bar-like place, right?Cool atmosphere, good weather, great food and live music. Great last impression of Orlando ??
If it wasn't for live music this place would be trash, Truly if it wasn't for that you guys have a crappy menu crappy service be service but at least you have a venue with good music which saves you.
