We were there on Sunday and waited to be seated. When we were seated we waited for someone to come wait on us. And the lady was very nice when she gave us our food the tate tots were cold . The food look like it's been setting there. In lot of oil. The chicken was burnt. If I could put a no star I would . Gone down hill. And the manager acted like he didn't care how the food came out.
The service here was okay until we were almost finished with our food. Our server came over, obvious check in hand, and asked if we were all done. We wanted to order milkshakes, you know, since Johnny Rockets is known for them, so we informed her of this. She says, "Oh, you want milkshakes to go?" I don't think it looked like we were rushing since we weren't even completely finished our meals yet, so I have no idea why she pushed for us to take our milkshakes to go. We definitely did not want them to go, but unfortunately at that point, we no longer felt welcome so we did take our shakes to go. So, I guess she got what she wanted. = l;dr: Our server gave us the impression that she wanted us to leave by trying to prompt us to take our dessert to go.
I dont want to say that my visit was bad but not what I expected I'll say. It was more expensive than I would have thought. There are no meals everything is separate. Drink, burgers, and fries all separate prices. Also no free refills. We got the fries way before the burgers which made the meal feel a little off. Taste of food was good.
I've been having Johnny Rockets food for years everytime I visit the Mall of Millennia. I prefer this place more the other food services. They make THE BEST shakes and the service is astounding! I'll be coming back regularly whenever I'm free and bring friends too!
Great food and service had just you're basic hotdog and fries with a glass of tea. A really good portion of fries nice and hot. Very attentive waiter.
If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do it. We were about to get our order and the cashier ignored us like we weren’t there. And as an non American citizen I felt a discriminatory behavior by this guy because the lady in front of us was white-american, and she was treated right. Very xenophobic. Millennia mall should choose better partners
Worst dining experience in a while. The service was less than one star. Everything communicated with the server needed to be repeated at least 3 times, and still was not done properly. The bill was charged incorrectly. The food was mediocre. We asked for extra plates for the kids to share appetizers 3 times. We ended up using a pile of napkins we pulled out of the dispenser as plates because they never came. The chicken wings came with no sauce on them, just the instruction to add the sauce to them myself with the small cup of sauce. The food was ok. Pretty much what was expected. There was none of the singing or dancing Johnny Rockets is famous for, they didn't have the cheap paper hats for the kids. It just wasn't worth the $95 they tried to charge us before we caught their mistakes and had them fix the bill to $75 (because it was charged incorrectly) nor was it worth $75.Bad service, bad experience, mediocre food, high/incorrectly charged bill.If I could rate this 0 stars I would. We won't be back.
The food was good as expected but the service left something to be desired. Our server came to take our orders and to drop off the check, nothing else. We were never checked in on regarding our beverages or the quality of our food.
The wait was a bit long but they were busy. Our waitress was awesome. Hadnt eaten here in years. It was a ladt minute decision. Live the shakes.
clean and hot fresh food. just like the one I used to go to back in Los Angeles
