Jillian was very accommodating and responsive. 1 email and a quick reply later, I booked my birthday cake with her! Mind you, I did shop around AND I must say Jillycakes has affordable pricing compared to most bakeries in Central FL. Not only did my squared marble design cake ? look amazing BUT the breading was moist and delicious. My guests really enjoyed this dessert to the fullest! Thank you for your services Jillycakes!

This entire experience from ordering the cake to receiving the cake with free delivery to my home was exceptional. I ordered a chocolate gluten-free cake to look exactly like a photo I sent Jillian, with some description of what else I'd like added to the cake. My daughter loved the cake and we all loved how chocolatey moist and rich it was. And it was gluten free, as my daughter's health requires.I will absolutely be ordering from JillyCakes again. No doubt. Thanks again!
Went to order gluten free and they laughed and told me that they don't do that. I don't know if they stopped doing it or something but they said they never had at the icon park location.
Absolutely incredible, made from scratch cookies! We stopped by in our exploration and tried out Jillycake's Sugar Cookie and Sprinkle Sugar Cookie...we were blown away. It was soft, chewy, good consistency and the taste was phenomenal. It was so good we stopped back a second time before we left and got some more.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We had our wedding cake from here and it was so amazing! She was great with us rescheduling due to COVID. Tasted amazing and looked just liked what we wanted. It’s also vegan since I have some allergies, and you can’t even tell!
So my daughter cried on her birthday because her cake was so bad and sooo dry ! I got my full refund but people should be warned about this place. You guys ruined my daughters big day all the guest were so shocked on how dry and hard that cake was. Dont run a business you can't bake ! Cakes are for peoples special days and I could only imagine how many you have to refund
Unfortunately, the cupcake did not taste fresh baked. It was dry. I was very disappointed.
I ordered at 6 pack of cookies and Every single cookie was stale and disgusting. For the high price of theses cookies I was HIGHLY disappointed!! Do not recommend. These cookies are days old. Not made fresh! Go to subway instead
