They are insanely slow and behind today, I placed my order at 12:48 to pick it up on my lunch break and they said it would be ready at 1:18. At 1:20 I left because it still wasn’t ready, they were just now making my sandwich.
Order ready ahead of schedule. And a delicious heavy sandwich.
Ordered a chicken Philly 7 other people got there subs who ordered after me plus two ick up orders. Food was mediocre.
Always pretty quick and food is fresh. Friendly staff as well.
The food here is great, at this point with this chain it’s expected.The staff was very friendly and made the visit more enjoyable because of their positive attitudes.However, the pricing is egregious. I got a regular philly, a giant philly add bacon, a cookie and two drinks and it cost $32. That’s an absolutely ridiculous amount for this meal. This isn’t high end beef or imported fancy cheese being used. The food is really good but the pricing needs to be adjusted greatly
This location is pretty solid. Their customer service is better than other locations. If Courtney's there let that guy make your sub. He put me on the "Mike's way" and now I won't eat a sub anyway. Crazy thing is, I've been to other locations a few times and nobody ever offered, this is hands down the location to go to if you want top quality jersey Mike's

I love Jersey Mike's , but my experience today wasn't very nice I got really old bred on my sandwich and when I told them that the bread isn't fresh, they almost called me a liar. This rosemary cheese bread was at least couple of days old. They only replaced half of my order with regular bread, but my lunch experience was already spoiled. I do love this sandwiches, but maybe in this particular location the stuff isn't very friendly and the food isn't very fresh!P.S. I would like to add that the cashier didn't change a gloves between handling cash and packing my food.
