Multiple visits to this particular location and none have been anything short of true Perfection. Always a friendly greeting on arrival, helpful assistance and opinions, and then finished off with a very tasty sandwich (ultra-fresh ingredients). I'm always thanked for the visit.The dining room is clean (very important to me), beverage station always working properly, and all condiments available.I wish I'd known earlier how great this JMS location was/is because I'd have started visiting much sooner. Consider me a big fan now. Thanks!!
Very friendly! Staff behind counter not in uniform and looked very unkept! Very surprised to see this
The subs actually look like the pictured advertisements. The staff are very friendly with each other and with the customers. We are regulars here now, and have had a great experience every time.
I'm an app driver and this restaurant doesn't deliver orders until the driver confirms the pickup. How will I confirm if I don't know if my order is ready? Attendant said I might be a thief since I was stealing orders and I told her I'm not and she told me she doesn't know me. But the app knows me and has my registration, and I already have the order in my name in the system, it's my responsibility. Even if I don't deliver it or not.
Ordered 2 giant sandwiches got 2 large sandwiches. When we called they wanted to argue about the size .my fault for not checking but we got home and order was wrong they charged us for 2 giants. Really sad how their is no customer service. Will never go back again .and jersey Mike don't send me any response on how your sorry .don't need to hear it ..it will not fix the issue..
I ordered delivery and after waiting received the wrong order I called and Peter answered the phone I told him the issue and he was aware of it already and had already issued me a full refund and promised that he would personally make sure the order was correctly handled and went above and beyond, as a GM for a pizza shop I understand issues arrive and he handled it perfectly and would love to have him on my staff store owners should be proud to have such a great employee on staff and food was excellent.
Jersey Mike's never disappoints. If you want a quality sub, this is the only choice. I drive past my Publix to get this superior sub.
Great value, fast service
I placed to go order at 8:15 on Tuesday evening.You took my money processed my order and as soon as I was done you immediately texted me and canceled my order and said a refund will be coming soon.This is horrible customer service there's no excuse why you can't get a sub made in 45 minutes before closing.This is one of the reasons most restaurants and fast food are failing!!!!Sorry to say ....Me and my family will not visit this establishment again.Also my crew from work A MAJOR BOX STORE IN MILLENIA will not be eating from here anymore I will buy them food from another establishment.I have no sympathy for excuses!!My family has had several restaurant franchises over the years.The key to success is CONSISTENCY AND CUSTOMER SERVICEALWAYS!!The real STING was I stopped at the 7-Eleven next door at 8:35And you only have three customers in the store. ?SHAME ON YOU JERSEY MIKE'S YOU WERE MY GO-TO FOR SUBS ?
