Jerkman BBQ is the definition of a “hood spot.” I say this with nothing but love and respect. Being born and raised in the inner-city, I know a thing or two about hood spots. These are the Crown Jewels of the underworld where you find incredible food in unassuming places.The lady behind the counter told me that they are “renovating” when I asked if they made the traditional Jamaican food, like rice and peas, cabbage, cornbread, etc. She said usually on the weekends they might have that type of stuff. (If I go back and they actually renovated, then I’ll bump this review to 5-stars).The wait was a good 15 min, so I would assume the meals are made to order. I ended up going with the 5 wings with jerk fries special for $14. I felt this was overpriced for 5 small wings and some French fries doused in bbq sauce, but when I tasted it…I was blown away by how good it was. The plan was to order take out, munch a bit in the car, and then re-heat in my air-fryer when I got home. Well, that food never made it home!! I was amazed at the flavors. The wings and fries were fried to perfection, and the sauce mixture was on point. But what out it over the top, was the chopped pieces of jerk chicken thrown of top of everything! It was so tender and flavorful. Best jerk chicken I’ve had in Florida this far. Thank you, Jerkman!
This place has confused business with getting high and playing around. If you door dash with them they will lie about the order being ready then take 35 mins to prepare after claiming it was ready to prepare. Their food could taste better then what was served in “the last supper” but I still wouldn’t eat there.
Giving this place 4 stars. Food is great!! Service not so great. Girls taking orders have really bad attitudes. When you go here expect great food and thats it. Jerk fries and jerk chicken on point
Great food, takes awhile for them to prepare it but it was good and hot! The area is a bit rough especially at midnight, there’s a lot of homeless looking for handouts. The jerk fries were awesome and we also got curry chicken that was good. The Parmesan wings were my absolute favorite!
The food is great, but the service sucks; they close earlier than what the hours say on the weekends. And after a certain time, the night crew stops answering phones even if they're working. So you show up, and they're either closed or closing.
Jerkman BBQ is the definition of Jamaican excellence. The wings pure, the fries immaculate and the jerk fries are superb and a must have. If you haven’t already, you need to try this place.

Food is great, I recommend ordering online. Jerk fries are the best as well as the honey lemon pepper wings. All the food is good though.You can get jerk rice, they also have seafood.

This place has the best shrimp and parmesean wings and the juice you can pick any flavor there all so good.
