This was my first visit. Seeing the crowd outside, I figured it must be overrated. The line moved really quickly because they had three windows open. I saw the couple in front of me tasting samples, so I asked for a sample of a dessert flavor and then a fruit flavor. The girl was very helpful and I ended up opting for the butter caramel flavor. I also got it gelati style, which layers in vanilla ice cream. I had them add the buttered cookie crumble. I loved it! I now see why they were so busy and I have changed my mind that is is not overrated! The line is long because the product is amazing!!!
Best ever: refreshing, light, tasty and perfect for this hot weather. My first time trying one of these. I can see why there's always a long line waiting. Above expectations customer and friendly service. I wish I noted her name. She was fabulous. New "fave" for sure.

The place to go for Italian ice, ice cream, or Gelati! I’ve tried about everything on the menu and I can undoubtedly say that they know what they are doing! It’s all delicious! Don’t believe me? Well just go and try a few samples and I promise you’ll be falling in love!The sizes are quite generous! I usually get a small and it hits the spot without me feeling like I needed more. Both the chocolate and vanilla ice cream is very delicious!Here is a tip: Get a tub, it’s cheaper and you’ll have Jeremiah’s for days! :-)Lines do get long at certain times, but the wait is usually bearable as they typically have 3-4 registered open. The staff is very kind and respectful.Make sure you sign up for the rewards program for well rewards.Oh and don’t forget the toppings! Waited over 30 min for an online order that was never made. The line was wrapped around the building, so I understand they were busy, however I was unable to wait any longer. When the Associate asked the Manager to cancel our order, I overheard him yelling at the Associates that online orders should be made as soon as they come in. The Manager cancelled our order from the back and never came to the window to apologize for our experience nor did he do anything to help the 2 Associates who were working. He went right back to his office after our order was cancelled. This was my first time here and unfortunately I won’t be returning. I received an email stating my order was cancelled b/c I no longer wanted the order. My order was cancelled b/c my order was never made.
Jeremiah’s Ice is a staple Florida treat, and is the perfect snack while walking around Waterford lakes. There are also so many fun flavor combinations, you can try something new every time!
In short, their product is delicious, but the customer service is consistently poor.Their lines are always long - I'm not sure why they don't hire more staff and/or consider sending someone out to take orders remotely while people wait in line. This time I ordered online to avoid the wait, which ended up feeling like a comedy of errors. First, their website wouldn't allow me to pay with my Jeremiah's gift cards. (It had a spot to add a gift card, but didn't accept either of mine and didn't explain why.) Then, there was no designated place to pick up online orders once you arrive. (The whole reason I placed the order online was to avoid waiting in line...Thankfully someone let me step in to ask.) Once I finally spoke to an employee, they said my order wasn't ready yet. (No explanation or apology, even though my pick-up time had already passed 5-10 minutes earlier.) I forgot to check the time when it was ready, but again, no apology or explanation.It's disappointing because this place feels like it has so much potential, but the customer experience falls short.

Every time I go here craving cherry they have stupid black cherry. News flash nobody likes black cherry. Why do you make people suffer and choose between the two when one is clearly inferior. Keep cherry in stock all the time. This always happens.
