Great food. Everything is baked and not greasy. The service was awesome, very friendly and efficient . Had a nice conversation with the manager, Joshua. We will definitely be back!
Michael was our server and he was amazing. His personality really makes him perfect for this profession. Some of our children are kind of shy and he brought everyone out of there shell. The whole experience was so good. Our food was delicious and the service was perfect. I personally recommend the wings as they are backed perfect. The management was great as well. Our only regret is that we didn’t find this place sooner since we are leaving tomorrow. We all hope to visit next time we are in town.
I really wanted to like this place.It’s close to our home, a prime location, has fun food ideas, and had a gorgeous interior.We’ve eaten here exactly three times, and I just don’t think we’ll be back. Our first visit was pretty good, but nothing to write home about and every visit since has been awful.Our food has been cold, flavorless, dry, and stale. It is not worth the price point, even in this economy. The service sucks even when you put your flag up. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of our first waitress who was super nice and treated us like people instead of an inconvenience.The only reason we’ve come back has been based on convenience and giving the place benefit of the doubt thinking we came during peak times, off days, whatever. But the continuous theme with quality in food? Disappointing. Service? Even more disappointing. We sat for 45 minutes without a waiter or waitress, even with our flag up.Pictures of the Buffalo dip that was cold, the dry chicken, and tasteless veggie tacos.
I like the concept. We'll try again another night. We really enjoyed the boombox bingo on the patio. Food ranged from ok (jerk chicken should there have been sauce??) to decent mahi tacos and macaroni and cheese burger. Drink service was very slow.
This was our first time here. My son loves wings and we found this place on google to take him for his birthday.We were seated by Monique. She was nice and came back to talk to us throughout our dinner. We decided to sit outdoors. Although we chose the high tables tops, they also had low tables and sectionals with a fire pit, which looked nice and cozy.Our server was Eli. He was personable and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. For an appetizer we had bacon & cheese fries and coconut shrimp. Both were really good.When Eli came back to take our orders we were indecisive on which wing sauce we should have, since they have some very unusual flavors such as buffalo kiwi. He brought us out some samples of each one we wanted to try with a few fries to taste them. This really helped us decide which wing sauces we wanted.The wings came out and they were fresh and good ! The good thing is all of the food here is baked not fried (Eli told us) so we felt a little healthier knowing this ? We ordered garlic parmesan, buffalo kiwi, honey garlic, sweet Thai chili & mild.Also, while we were eating they had live music. The music was nice and created a nice vibe. The man singing told us to Shazam his song, which I did and found out his name is Ravon Rhoden. Amazing performer. (Not sure how often they have live music).The only con about the visit was that service was a little slow. To receive our appetizers and food did take a little while. To us it was worth the wait, though.Overall, the staff was very friendly (especially Eli and Monique), the food is good, the music was good and it was a nice vibe. We will be back for sure !
Super slow service can’t get drinks or food but hey they have really loud techno music and bright lights. My sons burger came out raw. Our wings were microwaved not baked. This is a really bad restaurant and has no business existing.
This was our first time visiting and will be back. We was amazed that they baked the wings and fries. The Shrimp greek salad and All American burger was delicious. We had Lemon pepper and Garlic parmesan wings also. Wasn't able to get a picture.Everything had good flavor. Angel the waitress was nice to give the recommendations and we were not disappointed.
Server was nice however it took an extremely long time to get our food considering the small number of patrons at the time. Once the food did come out the two chicken sandwich’s were under cooked. Two rating was giving the benefit of the doubt since an all baked restaurant really isn’t out thing and we didn’t know going in. Rating solely based on service time and serving under cooked chicken
Had a great experience at Island Wing Company! Brought a family of 7 with 3 kids. The atmosphere was kid friendly, the service was fast and attentive and the food was excellent! Highly recommended from this family!
