Staff gets 5 stars, they were very nice. Disappointed with the food and available choices from the menu. Portion sizes are good to. Should offer spicier food for people that can handle it
I’ve had three very large take out orders one for my office, a church function and most recently they catered all the food for my 50th birthday party. Delicious food hot authentic Jamaican food cooked to order at a very reasonable price,; beautiful presentation and outstanding service with a smile.

I went to pick a friend up from the airport and stopped in and the food was great .Ackee n saltfish n food it was soooo great!!! ive been in florida for 10 yesrs n this is the first jamaican restaurannt that food actually taste very good n well seasoned❤️❤️❤️❤️..I live in tampa but i sure will be coming back again❤️❤️❤️
If you’re looking for an authentic Jamaican restaurant in Orlando Island Flame is it !! Great flavors, food, and affordability. They have quick service and an abundance of options on their menu. I always get a meat patty and coco bread for a quick snack.
Called this business just to ask a simple question. Before I even finished speaking the person who answered the phone hung up on me. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, that maybe the call dropped so I called back. The same person answered the phone, so I said I was speaking to someone but the call was ended. Then I tired again to ask my question. The person said they hung up on me, because I didn't introduce myself, didn't say why I was calling so they weren't interested in speaking with me. I said I'm not selling anything, I was just trying to ask a question but you hung up before I got a chance to finish my sentence. They said they didn't want to hear anything and hung up again. I'm in disbelief that someone could be so rude for no reason. Why would I ever want to buy anything here if this is how you treat potential customers.
Omg- the food is amazing! I was in Orlando for a few days and I ate there every day! Customer service was outstanding!
I enjoyed the Oxtails on my visit to Island Flamed... my food was fresh and the taste was very authentic! We also had the Fish and vegetables and again everything was delicious!!!! My family and I will definitely visit again!
