The fruit and vegetables are not always fresh. The customer service needs improvement. In my last visit last week at the cashier, it was my turn but she took another person. She got mad when I complained about that. I decided to go the second cashier. She throw my stuff in rude way and shouting.At this point, I decided to leave all items and left the store. Wasting my time to select what I want. I will not come to this place any more. Orlando has many similar shops with a nicer customer service.
i love it here. the food options are amazing and there is a very wide range. there is also food that they make in their store bakery, like pita bread, naan bread, and much more. this store makes me feel like i am at a store back home.
Amazing food from all over the world. The staff are awesome.
Great selection of food and treats there. I get my pita bread and Lebanese foods there but I’m also able to pick up Irish sausages and chocolates there so it’s a win win for me
Get place for those hard to find international food items. They remodeled the stores interior which greatly improved the shopping experience. I also recommend the food court inside the store. Great place for lunch. Love the Gyros.
Loved the large amount of international products they carry. I found many of my favorite items from my country.
Called in, paid in full for groceries, was charged, and upon arriving was denied said groceries. They were there, resting on the shelves, but the heinously, nefariously confrontational man behind the counter –Leo, he said he was – refused our groceries. He said the order placed would have to be provided to us via the warehouse next door when it next opens, in 5 days' time. We are from out of state and are leaving tonight, without our money or our groceries. The man in charge was smugly avoidant and condescending; seemingly eager to pocket side money without providing the product. Shady, repulsive, and just reported for fraud. Blatant theft; criminality.
You know how when you walk into a place, you can tell it family owned? This is one of those places. The family was super helpful and guided me through the food choices as I was not familiar with all of them. The tables are all clean and there is ambple sitting area. And last but not least I have to say, the food was one of the best meals I have had in a long time, the chicken was tender the rice was perfectly cooked, the hummus was handmade. If you haven't been here you are missing out, this is my new lunch spot of choice when I come to Orlando.
