I ordered online and first did not receive the pancakes as requested fine, a sauce could be missed but the entire rest of the order was not cooked. Overly disgusting. It is ridiculous that first and foremost I pay 50.00 for one simple order and you as a restaurant well well known franchise will even let this out of your store. I would had rather you cancel my order.

Horrible service! No sense of urgency whatsoever. When we were being sat the lady looked at us like why would you want to eat here.Waited 10 minutes before being greeted at the table and another 10 min before we got our drinks. There seemed to only be 2 servers on the floor but by no means were they busy. Never seen a manager on the floor which in my personal opinion is where the problem lies. They really need to fix whatever internal problems they are having because the location is great! On a side note being that they weren't busy I couldn't comprehend why they never bussed any tables the entire time we were there dining. Have somePride in where you work!

Only one star because there was not a zero or negative star. I called a month in advance to ask if I could bring a group from my church, 24 individuals for dinner on June 6, 2022. The manager said, of course. I was passed off to a waitress who took my name and phone number. She reconfirmed the date, an approximate time, and the number of guests. I called back the week before to confirm that nothing had changed and we would be there in a week. All is well. On the afternoon of the visit, I called from our bus, to say we were 1 hour away. No one answered and I got a machine or service. I left a message and gave the name of the lady that took our reservations. I called back 30 minutes out and got the same message. We pressed on. I led the group to the restaurant on the prescribed day and time. I waited 10 minutes and was told I could bring the group in. The group stood for another 10 minutes there were only two parties in the whole restaurant. I finally seated our group myself. We sat for 15 more minutes waiting. Then was informed they could not help us. The server was not a server but a cook. She was alone in the restaurant. I was embarrassed in front of my parishioners and friends. We were told to “just go somewhere else!” I will not go back to IHOP or use them for another of my annual trips.

Better experience than Denny's across the street, wonderful staff great food best selection this morning

The server Julian was very polite/ nice...The food was "ok" but, both of our orders came out wrong.... it wasn't terrible but just "ok"

I liked this place. At first I thought it was a little humorous that the inside isn't like a typical IHOP. It honestly looks like a hotel lobby or dining room, but given the location is among other hotels near the airport, i wasn't surprised too much. Only 1 negative about the place: it was short staffed. Of course there is still a pandemic happening, but there was only 1 server, an older gentleman (very nice btw), and seemingly 1 cook. Granted it wasn't very busy, most of the tables were empty, I think there were maybe 5 tables occupied, and nothing too crazy. However, the food was quite excellent, and don't use that word often when speaking of IHOP lol. The food was fresh looking, the bacon and hash browns really eye pleasing, and everything tasted great ?. Just for info, I had the Split Decision breakfast and my wife had the Pancake one. I only gave 4 stars because the server could've used at least 1 more person of the floor, otherwise nice quiet place to have food, let alone breakfast. Would recommend ✌️

Services horrible waitress really rude! No refills, Warm coffee, snatching things out of peoples hands. Nasty attitude all around! Everyone in our party received their food except myself and my son; our food came out once everyone was done eating! My son also had unlimited pancakes needless to say he only received one serving of the pancakes the waitress didn't even ask if he wanted more, really didn't give you time to ask for anything additional when she came to the table before running off! By far the worst experience at a IHOP

Javian was by far an awesome person!!!! He was Very attentive and for being the ONLY server there, he was able to seat us and other people coming in after us. No one waited long to be seated or for their food!! He checked on us often and made sure our cups were never empty. I’m beyond satisfied with the exceptional customer service this young man provided. He was extremely efficient, fast, and very patient!!! I was able to contact his GM but i don’t think that would do him any justice!!! He’s a wonderful asset to IHOP!!

Everyone was happy, we were there pretty late in the afternoon, so there was almost no one there. The staff was super-friendly, they were out of the normal coloring materials for the kids but went in the back and found some left over supplies so the kids were happy. The food was better than expected (and took a bit longer but it was well worth the wait). I used some gift cards that came from my credit card rewards (TY Points) without issue which are generally worthless to me so this was a nice bonus, and overall there were no surprises which made this a great experience.

To whom it may concern. I consider myself a regular to IHOP and to this location in particular. I use the app to place my orders all the time. Today, I attempted to place an order through the IHOP app. I created my order and proceeded to the checkout. I was unable to check out and this message displayed “Sorry, we're unable to contact IHOP Gateway Village Circle #105 ORLANDOto place your order. No order placed orbilled.” I then called the store at 0616 hours on 02/05/2022 to see if i could get further assistance. Brett Vincent,the manager, answered. I explained to him the issue i was having with the app and he did not want to hear it. I asked if i could order just a Big Steak Omelette and he said “No”. I then tried to explain that i was on my way to work and pleaded if i could place the order on the phone. He said “There is nothing i can do to help you.” I think this reflects poor customer service and lack of training of managers on IHOP’s end. The technical issue is not his fault but his lack of professionalism is apparent. I will be leaving a lengthy and thorough review on many platforms until this issue is resolved.
