Unfortunately this place was under staffed. I went at 1am with 3 other people. There was only 1 waitress, 1 cook and another worker not sure what she was doing. Staff was not pleasant because they didn't want to be there. Tables were not clean from previous people who ate there. We waited for some time to be seated because there was only one person working the floor. Staff complained they needed more help but the powers that be didn't care
Ate with my family of 11. All things considered, the experience was good. Due to the restaurant being so busy, accommodations for all of us being seated together was not possible. Instead, we were seated in 2 adjacent booths.Food was good as a standard, my omelette was a bit overcooked, but I recognized the pressure on the staff to keep everything running smooth.Thank you to the host and staff for a job well done.
Very friendly staff and our kids are autistic and we are from the UK we were made to feel very welcomed and very patient with us and not rushed will be going again very good tasting food and very well priced
This is one of the best IHOPs I’ve been to. Our server was amazing. She got us what we needed before we really needed it and ensured that we all enjoyed our meals/beverages. We were kind of in a hurry and she made it happen for us. We got our food, ate it, and enjoyed!My only complaint is some of the other customers were kinda rude but of course that’s not the fault of the business. People just need to chill and be cool.
We went there for lunch even though we had to wait to be seated (15 mins) . Service was good considering they were short staffed. A bit of a delay for food but the restaurant was packed with customers. Our waiter Yogi was great just a good guy. He was very busy, good job bud. Food was good and warm. They are too busy for only 2 cooks. After sitting down, waited more than 30 minutes for our order to come out. That's not counting that the waiter took about 15 minutes to come and take our order. All the wait made me so hungry that I think the cook did a pretty good job with my omelet not the pancakes.
OK, this place is way better for the wallet then the resort or hotels near by. I got a pretty good omellet for just $11 vs the $29 breakfast buffet at Hyatt Grand Cypress. Worth the 1/2 mile walk and saved myself some cash. The resturant does get busy and it is not that big. It is pretty average and it could use a little update but overall the food and service were OK. Be patient and dont be in a hurry and you will enjoy the meal and be happy it saved you some cash.
Good service, good place and good Food…. The cashier is bilingual and is very friendly and helpful.
Felt more welcomed at this IHOP at 2 in the morning then I did at the resort I was paying 200 dollars a night to stay at.
Trash, like the worst, the staff was true garbage, the food was worse. I could have eaten out of a dumpster and had better service. This place should be closed, I've never felt worse for giving someone my money. If I could give zero stars I would. Hope they never open again. There was a bum sleeping in the waiting room. Never seen anything like this in Orlando, must me nice to have famies seeing this.
