I had the 2x2x2 with two eggs, 2 bacon and 2 pancakes. It was simple and enough food without overdoing it.The server was very nice but seemed to be covering a big area.The wait was about 20 minutes at 9:30am for a party of 2. When we left about 35 minutes later, it seemed to have twice as many people waiting.I did not see the redemption code for the new "Pancoins" IHOP rewards program on the paid nor unpaid receipts yet.
This place needs to be shut down or get new management. Customer service is HORRIBLE!! I got take it and when I got home noticed that I had someone else’s food!! This was supposed to be scrambles eggs with bacon! Obviously, this is not what I got. No one answers the phone. Save your money and go somewhere else!! Wish I could give zero stars.
Pros: Food for everyone, friendly service (Mari was great, friendly, remembered our orders, checked on us frequently).Cons: Busy, so food took a little longer than normal, and equipment issues caused delays.I ordered a Poblano Omlete with Tres Leches pancakes. The meal as a whole was delicious. Again, Mari did an exceptional job of making sure we were being taken care of. She even made sure to update us as to what was going on in the kitchen. My food came out hot, I had just wished the Poblano Omlete was a little more spicy, but there is only so much you can do to appeal to a general audience. Overall it was a good experience.
First and foremost I would love to say the food was amazing and the manager katisha was very friendly and courteous. The service she provided was outstanding and I would love to see people like her in all restaurants
The best breakfast I've had at an IHOP in a while....clearly this will be the place we visit when traveling through town...staff friendly and courteous...clean restaurant...quick service even when its busy...the best part was the food...hot and fast .....definitely deserves more stars

Checking in was chaotic with the social distancing, the crowded wait, and people coming and going. No clear idea who was waiting to be seated, waiting for a to go order, or waiting to check in. The hostess was very busy also clearing tables, but when it came to calling ready tables, she was very hard to understand. We waited out front on the curb because it was so crowded. She eventually poked her head out of the door quietly called an undistinguishable party number and name one time and then went back inside. We verified that no one understood what she said and then immediately went in after her to verify what she said but she was already gone. When she came back to the podium, we asked if she called us and she rudely said "I called you!" Then showed us back to our seats. Minus a ⭐ for her!Marc, our server, was outstanding! He was friendly, attentive, and a great communicator! He took time to talk with the members of tables and connect despite the busyness. The service was definitely personalized! He checked on us to ensure we had everything that we needed but wasn't overwhelming. He took our order for a table of 4 from memory with a lot of additions and didn't miss a thing!!! He even remembered who got what when the food came! If you're heading here, ASK FOR MARC!!!The food came in a timely manner and was delicious! Despite the Hostess, we'd definitely come back again!
let me start off by saying there wasnt a long wait on Saturday for seating in which i loved but i loved my server even more he was so friendly,atentive and constantly made sure were okthe food was piping hotand big thanks to the manager Fildah even it was very busy she kept checking on the tables to make sure were doing finemy last few visits to ihop had me crossing ihop off my go to list but this experience changed my mindWill definitely go back next vacation

The servicer and the cook went above and beyond to serve us. It was very pleasant to finally get good service at a restaurant. The cook did an excellent job on our food. We left very happy and would visit again
