Beautiful simple rooms-comfortable beds- but no microwave. Pool really far away and closes too often- but looked beautiful. Lots of good food options. If you are there for a convention, be ready to walk!
I attended the Disabled American Veterans convention. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable with plenty of places to sit in the common areas. Amenities were plenty. They have a fantastic pool area, a full tennis court, and are very centrally located to most tourist attractions. My only complaint, which is common, is the food and store prices are way to high. Fortunately it’s a very short walk to some local eateries with better prices and very good food.
Very happy with property and all of its offerings afforded to attendees at a convention hosting over 7000 people. Would attend again at this property! Food was outstanding by plating, hot and adequate sized portions! Job well done!!
Love the TV in the bathroom mirror. Room was clean and spacious. Had a nice view. Food prices typical "hotel " overpricing. Wish there was a shuttle from the airport and shuttles to nearby restaurants in the area.
The check in and out procedures were seamless, the room was cleaned every day. I was there almost a week and did not have a bad experience. The Convention area was clean and well planned out with staff constantly attending to the water supply and available for questions.
Attended DAV Auxiliary Convention in Augut. Excellent location close to other restaurants and ports of interests. In hotel offers god food and a 24/7 market. Recommend No Touch Room Service. Hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. Awaiting Tower 1 renovation next visit. Great stay!
The room was very clean. As one that finds it difficult to sleep at hotels the quality of pillows and mattress were exceptional. They were packed yet the staff were friendly and responsive. The dining options also had great variety.
Overall good. There was some confusion when checking-out, but it was early and was resolved. I liked how we were able to text them for anything because that way I was able to resolve the issue when I already left.
Hyatt Regency has everything you could want. Three restaurant options, friendly staff from all around the world, great pricing (free water bottles every day in the room!) and a sky bridge to the OCCC. I have stayed at other hotels in the Orlando area several times but this was by far my favorite. Hyatt Regency also boasts 3 pools (one of which has a water slide!). 10/10 reccomend
Arrived at hotel late at night and from the time I arrived to the time I left, all expectations were met or exceeded, great hotel for visits to Orlando. Location was excellent, near to I4 and other conveniences.
