Double charged me for concert tickets. Didn’t have the courtesy to respond to my dispute. Restaurant was terrible. The food was cold and expensive. Paid for a VIP experience and had people in our seats and no VIP hostess anywhere. It was truly a disappointing experience.
We stopped for an early dinner, and J.Q. was our server, she did a fantastic job. The beer that I had originally wanted was out of stock. She recommended another one and it was a great alternative. Thanks again to J.Q. Mark Tooley
Saw a show there last night. Great band. Going into the venue I was told I couldn’t bring in my small purse & I would have to check it. Their reasoning was so their staff didn’t have to handle my bag. After waiting in a very long line I was then informed I would have to pay $15 for this service. The lady said I was informed of this when I bought the tickets which I wasn’t & couldn’t find anything about it on the house of blues website. So I paid it, the lady now had to touch my bag where as if I had just been allowed to open it up so someone could look inside, they wouldn’t have had to touch it at all. This is a scam. House of Blues is using coronavirus to make money under the lie they are protecting their staff. To make matters worse, when I got to the bar, the bartender wanted to see ID with the credit card I was using (I already had a wristband to show I was 21). I was wearing a dress so I had no pockets which I why I brought the purse. So I now couldn’t buy drinks. The same bartender didn’t ask for my friends ID when he used his credit card. And the main band only played an hour which I was told is House of Blues thing. Not a good venue to see live music
We had the best chicken biscuits and gravy Saturday morning. I wish I could find a similar recipe. Absolutely perfect start to our weekend adventures.
We had the worst experience at the House of Blues Orlando. We were served scorched fried chicken. They came back and said the whole batch was that way. They did nothing to make things right. The bathroom was out of toilet paper. We will never return to this place!! I would not recommend this place ?
So we ate there tonight, and the food was amazing. Our server Brent was AMAZING! He recommended the nachos and they were so good, and the food he helped us pick out we even better thank y’all for a great experience on our first Disney trip, and family vacation ?
Will not be back. Just requested refunds for 2 different concerts because of their ridiculous COVID policy. Businesses have no right to request proof of Vaccination and can be fined for doing so in Florida! I won’t be spending my money here anymore.
Got the juicy lucy, wanted it rare, came out like a hockey puck and not juicy at all. Waitress gave good service all though when I complained, she said it was medium rare but there was only a spec of pink.
The waitress was super sweet. Food was WAY overpriced and mediocre. Food wasn’t even warm that was brought to the table and was disappointing. Hope to see y’all improve!
