Very good food. Great service. The waiter mixed up his own special sauce! My son got all u can eat. I chose a platter. The 1 thing I didn't like was, my raw meat sitting on top of my Napa cabbage. I'd have preferred meat in separate bowls and then sit on my cabbage. Raw meat, had to cook the cabbage when I may have preferred some of our raw.
This was a new experience for me; if you're really hungry, don't come here... it took nearly 2 hrs after arriving when we were able to start eating. Food is given to you raw, and you cook it yourself. There's nothing like Kobe thought, but it's an experience you have to try at least once in this lifetime
Second timers. Brought our chef friend Rob whom loves the variety on the all you can eat menu. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Fun to try different brotha to cook your food in.They bring a lot of jars full of flavors you can experiment with. Also, don't be afraid to ask your server for their favorite blend. They have some fun ones and can tailor to your tastes if you tell them how you like your food.I tried the spice level of numb... wasn't as hot as I can go so they brought me some heat! We got to lip burn and run away nostrils ?I should mention this was recommended to us by a local (server) at a different restaurant. No disappointment for us here. Thank you HP for the great experiences. We will be back soon.
It was my first time trying hot pot and I have to say that I really enjoyed the experience. The food was great; however, the staff left a lot yo be desired. I understand that everyone is short staffed, but it took them 15 minutes to acknowledge our arrival when we got there. Our waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable, but we barely saw her. It took almost 45 mins from when we received our broth to actually get the ingredients to add to it. The food deserves 4 stars but the service only 3.
Omg delicious! Everything is so fresh delicious like great I will return every time I visit Florida I highly recommended lotus ! Very friendly atmosphere as well we don’t get good food with a friendly smile in New Jersey so this place was a pleasant surprise!!
Their beef slides are absolutely delicious that no other hot pot place can have. Love their Sze paste sauce as well. Downside is you have to order and you do not know how much it serves for one order and sometimes you gotta wait long time for the pot and food came out. Highly recommended creamy onion soup best that’s the best one. For sure will be back.
Really disappointing. One early because they run out of stuff and the broths are all bland. Avocado sucks!
Since covid this place has gone downhill. We had the all you can eat, and it was a waste frankly. It's false advertising when it takes them 30 mins to bring out uncooked sliced vegetables and meat every time you place an order. We tried to negate that by ordering more at once, but instead they delivered small portions (we were a party of 4, and they were bring us orders of 1-2). Will not go again, overpriced for the service provided and they think drip feeding you food is good service. Sad, because I liked this place before.
Nice experience for us. Very nice server. Good foods. Love the beach mushrooms. We did 2 broths. Tomato broth was much better than I thought. Unlimited food for AYCE. Cool decor inside. Some of the food items were very fresh, others probably aren't highest quality, for example tough lamb, etc. Lots of sauces that come directly to the table, but look a bit rough. Kinda missed the standard sauce mixes offered at other hotpot places. Overall, good experience, and admittedly it must be very hard to run a hot pot restaurant these days. Will definitely go back.
Nice fun experiance! Clean environment. Employees are mask. Food taste good and service was great.. Our table attendant was knowledgeable on the savory spices/sauces and made the hot pot experience enjoyable. We are planning a larger party for our next visit.
