Redone restaurant and bar offer great views of the runways and gates from its 9th floor perch. Enjoyed by Orlando locals for its ambience. Tyler, our bartender, does a great job and has a great drink mentality.
This was our fourth time dining here, and it has been consistently good. The chef is creative and the food is excellent! The wine by the glass options are better than most restaurants.
Staying at the Hyatt before a leisure trip so we wanted to kick off in style. I had made a reservation and I was hoping for a window seat to get the best view but we were seated in a booth at the back; not great. No one came over for 10 minutes and I saw a window table being cleared so I asked the hostess if we could move - we carried our own menus, silverware and water glasses to the table! The waiter seemed tired- lackluster service and not attentive. I heard another waitress describing the food to her guests ; we got none of that. Food was good, especially the crawfish chowder ðð» We are well traveled people and are aware of good service - this restaurant did not give that, which given the prices, was disappointing. Overall Iâll give it 3/5

Setting: The restaurant itself is elegant but the location is in the hotel that houses delayed flyers and the view is of runways. Parking is odd in that GPS doesn’t take you here directly and parking is pretty much valet but you don’t get parking validated so it’s a weird hustle by them.Food: Elegantly plated as the pictures show but no good flavor. No interest ingredients just the usual legumes. If you want something unique try something else.Service: Not fine dining service but they also aren’t rude.
Really a hidden gem. Have lived & traveled through MCO my entire life yet never considering the convenience of the Hyatt at MCO. Until today. The views are unique and fascinating. People watching from above as they travel through security and worldwide is cool. And then out back, watching the jets take off & land on the runways, open air outdoor private patio…it’s a breath of fresh air. The Hemisphere restaurant & bar on the 9th floor is top notch. Great views, great service, high food quality & presentation & a decent beverage menu.

Great location with view over the taxi ways and runways. service was excellent. Best bit. Vegan food! Roasted half cauliflower on potatoes and veggies with a sauce to die for. Perfectly cooked.
