Great day great course. Only thing I could have done with was a scorecard?
Beautiful facilities convenient to Disney parks.
I loved staying at the Hotel Marriott. We wanted to leave one day early but we couldn't because they would have charged for it, so we ended up staying. We could not check out early because of that so that was the only problem that I had. It was a beautiful place to stay and very comfortable bed and pillows.
My wife and I are titanium members and have visited Marriott World Resort many times over the years as it is our favorite hotel. We’ve also played golf at Hawks Landing many times. Up until this year the course had been meticulously maintained. However, we played the course today and found it to be in terrible shape. The tee boxes were mainly dirt and the fairways were in bad shape as well. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of one is because the staff. All the employees are friendly, polite and professional. I am hoping that Marriott has a plan in place for a major overhaul of the course. If not, I think we will have to find some other courses on our next visit
Staff was very friendly and helpful. However the course conditions were not reflective of the green fees. Majority of the tee boxes were very poorly kept. Fairways were bereft of grass in many areas and looked to be under repair. Grassy areas adjacent to waste bunkers looked wild and unmaintained. $45-$50 to play here in this condition would have been appropriate. Greens were pretty well maintained and rolled true. Odd weed here and there.
Short and sweet. The staff abandoned us on the course during a torrential thunderstorm. They literally closed the pro shop during the storm and left 4 4somes with no help at all. No communication and we could not call anyone for assistance. I have never been left out on a course like this. The hotel was no help either and would not take our complaint seriously. Never trust this staff for any service. Shame.
Had to wait at 9 holes like this because theses men wouldn’t wait for us to tee off , On top of it all worst conditions ever it was like a $20 course out there today and every group I spoke to afterwards said the exact same thing I’ve come here every year for 10 years in a row I will never see this place again horrific service
Condition of the course was really poor. Greens we ok, but tees and and fairways were terrible. We had to play preferred lies due to bare lies in the fairways. Layout is brilliant, shame maintenance is so poor.
Great staff and fun layout. For the price the Fairways could be in better condition but otherwise a great day of golf
Fantastic course layout, very fun, very playable but plenty challenging. Use good course management and pay attention to the gps provided in the cart! Beautifully manicured and kept course, fast greens. My wife and I had a great time here, thank you!
