Food was not good. Most seems to be packaged frozen food that the reheat. Nothing seemed authentic nor made by them fresh. The steak sandwich had minimal shreds of lettuce, the steak was paper thin and came out cold. The rice and ropa vieja tasted old. The only thing that was good was our waiter.
I ordered a pan con Bistec from this restaurant a couple years ago and it was amazing.Was in the area, so I decided to stop by. I Ordered a Pan Con Bistec, and the pictures show what I got. Can you even call that a pan con bistec? I have never seen it made this lazy. This cost me 12 dollars plus a service fee! Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this restaurant again.
A Cuban restaurant with a service staff that goes out of its way to please their customers. This was not easy as I was in a group of 15 people and our server, Ernesto, was amazing! And the food was great. My wife had the Churasco, a grilled steak served with rice and beans. It was perfectly cooked to a medium rare and was delicious. I ordered Mofongo de camarones (with shrimp). The shrimp was sauteed in a wonderful creamy garlic sauce and the Mofongo was crushed with the perfect amount of garlic and chicharrones and was very moist as well. All in all, the food was great. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal and I know that I will be back. This restaurant is right across from the Florida mall. Give them a try. I recommend them. And ask for Ernesto...he will take great care of you!
Could not understand the waitress she got our order wrong we were charged for items that we did not order I called In to try and resolve the issue I spoke to 3 different people the last one said he will call me back and never did and we felt like we were overcharged for services that was not rendered and items we never received. If you’re not bilingual do not go there. The owners responsibility is to make sure that service is available to all guest not just a Spanish speaking people.
I don't like to leave bad reviews so I'm starting with the positive, visited January 22, a bit after noon, we decided to ask from the menu because the buffet didn't look fresh, the waiter was very nice, everything looked clean. I ordered Ropa vieja, beens which I thought tasted weird and white rice. Right when I got home I started vomiting and with diarrhea, end up at the emergency room with an intestinal infection. My son had chicken tenders (they were good) and fries, he was fine. My husband ordered pechuga a la plancha with white rice, he was fine. And dessert chocolate ice cream with brownie.
Ok food, taste was there but wish it was freshly made instead of sitting around.

First of all, no one in this establishment speaks even basic English! I mean, that’s crazy ! I Understand it’s mostly local Latino folks dining here, but still, there are ton of tourists who want to enjoy Authentic Cuban food too. I am immigrant too, with heavy Eastern European accent and it was impossible to order food , I got so frustrated, I was using my fingers , Google translate and showing pictures of the food I wanted.I ordered my food to go and after arriving to our condo we were exited to try all things. Unfortunately ,the first bite I took from my Cuban sandwich was a big bone. It almost broke my tooth, my husband however had a long black hair in his. We were so grossed out, we couldn’t eat it anymore. $60 waisted. It was too far away to drive back and to deal with people who don’t understand me was too stressful.Will not recommend this place.
Great place! Very tasty food with unique flavors. We tried, from the menu, the Salmon and the chicken breast. Honestly delicious!
So good! Some of the best Cuban food I've had. Perfect Cuban sandwich. Plantains were sweet and tangy, friendly staff. Tons of choices. Will definitely go back.
