I ordered from here off UberEats. I asked for no tomatoes since I’m highly allergic and it looks like they made a mockery of that request (see picture). Now I don’t have anything to eat. I started to try and pull them off but it was so many I was scared that I might get sick. Very disappointed.
A regular customer now Disappointed and let down. The absolute worse experience ever.They made nearly every food item wrong. Did not get two items I ordered and paid for. A $45.+ order and only 1 of the of the 8 items (2 of which were missing) items was made right.. I tried calling to tell them what was wrong and missing with my order twice and nobody answered.. I tried taking it back to the restaurant But the the female 40y.o. +/ - night manager stopped me at the door as I was trying to return the food for correction. They still had 2 hours before closing. I began to tell her about the order and she rudely cut me off. She refused to correct the order and would not give me the food that was missing and told me to come by the next day to have the order looked at.i work in tampa & could not return until the next weekend. I could not believe how she treated me.. I was very polite and did not express my disappointment. And I was quite so. It rook a few days to add a review as I was just going to stop by the next day.. but she was there again.. I have eaten there or carried out from there at least 150 times in the last 7 years. I will miss their food and many if the employees there. Is this female Mgr new? She is a horrible representation for a good business.
Love, love, love this place! Awesome pork tacos. I always get the dd guac/pork but lots of other things to choose from as well. Patio dining or takeout only.
Love the staff! So friendly but it is probable that you aren't paying them enough if you are still understaffed. The labor market has stabalized and this team needs to be rewarded!!! They need new crew members which you won't get if you aren't paying them to deal with the very high volume this store does... speaking as a multi unit manager of a quick service franchise. Again, great team but you will probably lose them if you don't up their benefits!!! Think long term!!!
Start to finish this place was great! We took her whole family her for tacos. Everybody loves their food! The patio is very nice and staff was very helpful and kind.
We went to Grinos because we heard it was good. they have 2 locations in Orlando. We went twice, once to each location as one of our party really liked the tacos. The one downtown was fine but the suburban one was great. The only down side was no inside seating. Outside picnic tables are available. weather was good so that worked out. The empanadas were amazing. Great staff. very friendly. Tacos were great.
My friend and host brought me here after a night of drinking, he gets three of the same tacos but since I've never been I ordered 3 different tacos with 3 different proteins. There was a standout taco and a standout protein but since I was hungover I couldn't tell you which either was. Was it good, yes was it the best.... For the occasion yes it was best I've ever had, no, but it fills a particular craving of fast good food that's not taco bell or Chipotle. The service was good but the music was a bit loud so I had to be the old man shouting "huh?" a few times, but it definitely is a great little place with a hidden parking lot behind it.
Place is more fire than a California in the dry season. The Double Ds here are just as good as the other Double Ds you know and love. Mouth hugger is an absolute unit. Guarantee satisfaction. One of two places that I will 100 perfect visit whenever I'm in Orlando.
Gringos locos the milk district location is small but packs a punch with quality and service. Gringos is a sponsor for a major podcast in Orlando and sometimes have stickers or magnets to hand out for fans. Unfortunately they had none at this time but the staff is so friendly they gave out some Gringos stickers for us.We went during lunch time and luckily it was slow at the time so we didn’t have to wait long for some good tacos and burritos. I got the Double Ds, my wife got the mouth hugger burrito and both were fantastic!!!! I finished my tacos of within seconds and my wife loved her burrito. Definitely gonna try the chicken or pork next time after trying a bite of my wife’s burrito. The beef on the tacos were a sweeter taste than a most places seasoned or spicy tacos.Gringos is fair priced and delicious, definitely recommend trying them out if your in the Milk District.
Absolutely delicious. The food, the prices, the staff, every experience I have there is wonderful. The flavors are consistent every time I go and I usually go for happy hour ? yeehaw! The queso is bomb and the chips are always crunchy. Highly recommend! 10/10
