After debating on what to eat for a good amount of time, we finally decided on Five Guys, there were so many choices and I was impressed with the variety of food options here. Not only was the food delicious, but the dining pavilion was very clean and open feeling, albeit a bit loud. Overall great dining experience!
If I was able to give 0 stars I would. I came here today to celebrate my birthday with family and it was to worst experience I could ever have. First of all the service was horrible. They took almost an hour to bring out the drinks, mind you the place was not full when we arrived. I had a party of 12 people everyone ordered at the same time and half of my party had to wait for their food almost 2 hours. When the food comes out is the wrong order. I’m extremely disappointed. This will definitely be my first and last time I come here.
One star for flavor of the food which was acceptable, doubting about giving more than that as I feel robed. I ordered a meal for the whole family and churrasco for my daughter - she loves it - they sent everything except the churrasco. In noticed when I arrived home. Daughter crying. My First call: they try to make me drive 20 minutes to pick up the rest of my order, I refused. The hang up (?). My Second call, they say they have the order ready and will be delivered 15-18 minutes later - I feed bad and agree in them delivering the food - nobody would eat or 45 minutes later , but I just feel bad for them.1 1/2 hrs later food never arrived, nobody called, worst experience ever, how in the world this place survives?If you want to avoid them ruining your dinner , just don’t go there.
the service here is horrible. we had a party of 12 for my sister in laws birthday and after 1 hour of waiting they brought out 5 plates. brought all drinks out wrong. made a margarita 3 times incorrectly. still waiting for food. this is ridiculous
We decided to go as a family to this restaurant looking for something different! To our surprise, the restaurant consists of Caribbean food and the atmosphere is very cozy. They had very contagious salsa music. The food was excellent! I highly recommend the Red Snaper with rice and stewed beans and tostones !!! My wife ordered a mofongo stuffed with skirt steak and my son ordered Arroz con habichuelas guisadas con pork chop. Both my family and I were delighted with the food, the atmosphere and the customer service!
If you want a bar experience at noon with hookah and all this is for you. I was going to walk out as soon as I sit down and the server kind of convinced us to stay. I regret staying, The server was not attentive the food was ok, not impressed. The music too loud for the time of the day. I asked the server to cancel what I ordered literally one minute later because I couldn’t chew the food. I realized it after trying to eat the appetizers and I told her I had surgery a few days ago and she said it was too late to cancel to take it home. I can do mashed potatoes better than this people. Never again…
Food was good but the service was horrible. Everyone drinks including the soda was water down.
I gotta say the food, drinks, service at the bar, the owner she was super sweet. Everything was great I had an amazing experience. Music is fantastic dominican know how to party I am Puerto Rican. I work for Universal and trip advisor and for me to come here and be treated so nice I love it. I thank the bartender and the owner they both been amazing to me. As well I am LGBT Community they r so friendly with me I am thankful. What more evidence that the pictures of my experience. People r inpatient I work restaurant business for 15 years so I learn to be patient and honestly everything was great thank you very much. Yomaira the owner and Adri my bartender was awesome God bless them.
Celebrated my birth last night December/3/21 ,and the hospitality ,and service was amazing. They play Spanish music but when I requested English they played it. The food was great. When I ask for them to make my blue long Island ?️ a certain way they made it . The girls are so beautiful and humble . I will be going there again . The margaritas are a little pricey but the atmosphere makes up for it..
My experience for the first time the food was excellent and the service was great and the drinks are great, the owner she’s so sweet and very nice I love that place , the service is very fast , the have good music the atmosphere is beautiful I recommend this place for birthday party, nice dinner the food is excellent, next year my birthday party going to be there at the place.
