Probably the worst italian food I’ve had in my entire life. We couldn’t even finish half of it.

Like most businesses right now, they're under staffed. So, the service was subpar. The young lady working that day was sweet, nervous, and trying to do her best. Be patient because you will wait.
Eggplant parmigiana? On a plain pasta bed. Really? Tasteless, undercooked. Unbelievable!BTW thanks for ignoring my phone order and made me wait longer than expected.
Staff was very pleasant and the portions were excellent (quite large, too). Ambiance was cozy and comfortable. It was a first time visit and everything was outstanding, especially Tyler who served our table of four..
I called and ordered dinner to pickup. I first asked if this was the Lake Nona Giovanni’s and the girl answering the phone replied, yes. I did this because I couldn’t understand her when she answered the phone. I placed my order and my husband went to pick it up only to find they didn’t have our order.I called and was hung up on and called again asking to speak with the manager. After waiting a few minutes, the manager, Roberto took my call. I explained what happened and he just told me that there are now two locations in Lake Nona and they get 3 to 4 mixed up orders each night. He also told me he didn’t know what to tell me, but he was sorry.I’m sorry but how about just saying I’m so sorry about the mixup, we have your order being prepared right now, and maybe comping a dessert or the meal. Great customer service goes a long way! Also, have your employee who answers the phone mention that this location is in the Publix Cornerstone Shopping Center and answer the phone speaking clearly not hurried and muffled.
Amazing staff, delicious food, and apparently the broccoli is magical bc my green-averse toddler scarfs it down! That’s reason enough to go there often. The staff goes above and beyond to make taking my toddler out to eat go smoothly!
