Absolutely worst services. Do not make reservation before going there. We made reservations. They want us to sit in the hot under directly sun section. Even though other area has tables, not allowed to sit at those empty tables. After 20 minutes without waiter comes by, asked waiters walking by. No actions because the manager said only the designated server is allowed to serve the group.I am sure they would forcefully add the tip because it is a large group even though they deserve zero!Do not go! Photo 1 showed the Horrible and rude manager. Photo two showed empty tables. Photo 3 showed the hot section the group is allowed to sit with temperature probably 90F there. The manager like guy disallowed any other waiters to assist the group. He and his designated waiter will get the required tip I guess. He was nice and greeted a few guys with tattoo, probably his gang friends.
Unbelievable! I am a life-long Chicagoan and my family craved Chicago pizza so we went to this local sited hoping for something good. We got "great!" The dishes were great including Fettuccine Alfredo, appetizers and salad. Then out came our stuffed pizza. It was better than that of at least two Chicago locations. The crust was what good crust should be: a balance to the toppings, tasty and crispy. You outdid Chicago. Wow!
The pizza is still great. The service was horrible. Our waitress ignored us, forgot to put in our order, then still charged us for the part of our order she forgot to put in and didn’t tell us they didn’t have available until over an hour after we ordered it. We had to hunt her down to order drinks and then some other person had to give us the (incorrect) ticket. I still like the pizza here but next time will be ordering takeout.
While staying at the nearby RI by Marriott Near Universal, I ordered two pizzas and had them delivered to the hotel. The pizzas were wonderful and the delivery person was prompt and very nice. The order was correct and I enjoyed the leftovers the next day. Getting around isn't easy if you don't have a rental car; make things easy for yourself and order some authentic Chicago style pizza.
This place was a disappointment to the fullest. Our server was awesome - friendly, courteous. However, the food fell short of anything but not good. Our salad came out old and brown. We had it returned. The pizza was way too over spiced. Too much oregano in the sauce. Needless to say, I don’t plan to come back here.
I typically don't like deep dish pizza but this was pretty good! We ordered the classic with onions.We also ordered fried Calamari which was a mix of Calamari, lemons & banana peppers! All battered then fried....very good!!
We ordered 2 Italian Beef sandwiches at 6:15 for delivery. After SIX phone calls (and the credit card being charged) and SIX times being told that the driver couldn’t find the address (in a huge resort that gets delivered to all the time), but now the delivery is on its way, the sandwiches were delivered at 10:15. They were warm but tasteless. If you don’t have four hours to wait for a very disappointing sandwich, order from somewhere else.
Arrived after the lunch crowd, and was greeted and seated promptly. Server was friendly and attentive. Enjoyed mozzarella triangles w/fresh-made marinara sauce, they were crispy and the marinara was yummy. Ordered a small thin-crust Special pizza (S/M/GP/O). Pizza was served piping hot & was loaded with flavor. Very filling, two of us only ate half of a small pizza. Enjoyed it so much we took home two frozen pizzas! If you like Chicago-style pizza, give this place a try .. for us, it was worth the 50-mile drive!
The Worse Pizza Ever.!!! Frozen Regurgitated Crust. Non-Existent Peperoni, 1” Thick Layer of Greasy Onions, Some Mushrooms Maybe, Cheese Hides Everything That Is Missing !!! And To Top It All the Price For A Small Pizza Is $20+ DONOT Waist You Money or Stomach On This Crap !!!
This place is great. The Pizza was delicious the crust was on point one of the best Stuffed pizza I had in Fl.Our server was great always making sure we have our drinks full. Was such a good food and experience I will definitely be coming more often.
