Delicious gelato & friendly helpful service! So many flavors to choose from, glad they offer unlimited tasters!
The customer service was HORRIBLE!!! They treated me with the lowest respect ive ever come across in my 36 years of living. My 6 year old daughter and I were looking forward to try some gelato to cool us down from the blazing heat and they were ignoring us?! Mind you we were the only ones there, We waited 30~35 mins until they asked for what I wanted. We got our almond-vanilla gelato ice cream and left immediately, i couldn't stand them :(
We rushed here and arrived at 10:20pm and the door was locked but everything else inside, including the open sign looked operational. We waited 10 minutes outside to see that the lady working there was in the bathroom, and she just shook her head at us. Then a door dash deliverer comes and signals his door dash app on his phone towards the employee, and she gave him a thumbs up and made an espresso on the spot, when she handed him the order, we asked if we could just have one scoop of gelato, mind you this is before the written closing time and while the opening sign is still on. This employee proceeded to tell us everything was “washed up” and they’re closing at 10:35, we saw that the gelato still had scoopers in them and all the cups were still available to scoop into. This was going to be our first time here but turns out because of this lazy and misguided employee this will be our last!!! ? BIG THUMBS DOWN ?WE LEFT GELATOLESS WITH THAT OPEN SIGN MOCKING US. Disgusting
My fav ice cream place to go! Can’t go wrong with any of the flavours, and they have a lot!!!! Everything tastes very natural, without any artificial notes in it. Pistachio, walnut and hazelnut are the favourites, but I like to try something different every time. Girls at the counter are also very welcoming and polite. Highly recommended to stop by, you won’t be disappointed!
Delicious gelato but the outside tables, chairs, and the floor are always filthy. Is it really difficult to hose that stuff down on a daily bases? We would come more frequently if it weren't that dirty.

Idk how this place has 4.6 stars. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON’T recommend it. The cappuccino was good but the service was awful. I walked in for a second time after I got my cappuccino and the lady just walked out the store. 5 minutes after I was waiting, she showed up wondering what I want. I asked for an affogato and i realized they don’t have a big selection on flavors also they do not have the tradicional flavors such as vanilla or cookies and cream or stracciatella or any flavor that I normally could combine with coffee. But beyond that, she was extremely rude with her attitude. I asked for a crepe and she asked which one I just told her the Nutella but she wants me to read it from the 3 choices of the menu. So I need to say original Nutella and powder for her to finally give me the crepe. The worst was that I ordered a second cappuccino & she didn’t even give me a protective cover for the cup so I burned my hands carrying the coffee to my car and i couldn’t have a change to ask for one cause as soon I payed she left again
After three years in Orlando this is the first place where ice cream tastes like back home in Europe. They have malaga! Pistachio flavor is always a good test, it typically tastes like a chemical/artificial flavor but here it tastes just as it should. The flavors we tried were all rich, creamy, and natural tasting - couldn’t taste anything artificial. Thoroughly enjoyed the ice creams and looking forward to visiting again.
When we're in the area, we tend to stop by. It's always got good gelato, I like the pear and cottage cheese gelato! (It tastes better than cheesecake icecream) and they have all sorts of authentic Italian flavors! Try it! It's a tasty little place owned by first generation Italian imigrants
gelato was delish. no hazelnut Gelato. price fair. the rip off parking fee for $45 for less than 1 hcompared r. ruined the experience. a total ghost town compared to Disney springs.
