Delicious! I came just before 1pm on a Thursday, it was packed! However, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, welcoming team, and amazing team work that they had. I found this while googling gluten free restaurants, and I am so happy to have found another favorite! I hope to come back when it is less chaotic and try other items on the menu!!
No one likes to suffer when choosing to eat healthy. Fresh Kitchen surely made room for enjoyment in eating fresh, healthy, and wholesome food. Thank you for that!First, this establishment was very clean and the decor is super cute. I took the time to capture photos of the lovely details all throughout. We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgable staff member named Leo. He assisted me with my order by explaining how to build a bowl to my liking. He made me feel very welcomed. Not only was the food fresh, but it was full of flavor and cooked properly. They serve many options for guests to choose what they like most.
Always love eating at Fresh Kitchen! It was my first time at this location, and the staff was so friendly!!Their chickpeas are one of my favorite go-tos, and I usually get those instead of something from the designated protein section. The maple sweet potatoes also feel like a yummy treat! I really like their mushrooms and Brussels sprouts as well! I thought the sweet potato noodles were okay. Their power spice rice is pretty good!My mom absolutely loves their chocolate chip cookies. Their brownies don’t taste like traditional brownies, but they’re good in their own way!So glad to have a place that uses good, clean ingredients and makes it taste good, too! I’m always happy to find a Fresh Kitchen when I’m traveling and don’t think twice before going there to eat. Wish it were in more locations! Also, always super cute vibes! Love Fresh Kitchen!
Great (but pricey) place for lunch! Got the 6 item bowl because it was only $2.00 more. For the Base - The Avocado Cauliflower Rice is outstanding! Also got the Sweet Potato Noodles, which were good, but I’m not sure they were made from sweet potatoes. They looked a lot like Japanese Yam Noodles, which are not related to our word “Yam”. The good news is that I love yam noodles and they have virtually no calories so I’m hoping that’s what they are. They were completely out of the Basil Mushrooms (which I wanted) so I settled for the Green Beans (very good) and roasted Sweet Potatoes (also very good). I tried the Broccoli as well and they tasted very much like I make them so they were yummy.Selected the Baked Almond Chicken which are like chicken tenders and they had a nice almond flavor. Also got the Grilled Citrus Chicken which were chunks and very moist.Tried both the Coconut Sriracha sauce and the Creamy White Ginger. The former didn’t really taste like coconut nor Sriracha but it had flavor. The Creamy Ginger was really good. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was 1) the selection on each section is small to begin with, and they were out of a few things. They need a little more options. 2) I would greatly appreciate a Mixed Greens option, not just Kale or Spinach. 3) very pricey. We spent almost $30 for 2 bowls. But the food was great!
This place was truly delightful and delicious with every bite. The environment of it all is very inviting and open, not harsh and dead like many other places. The food was beyond good, and the service was even better! The young man that served me was super helpful and nice throughout the entire process of my first visit! He was able to answer all the questions with haste and in a helpful manner that really brought together the entire experience! Theodore truly is the pinnacle of good, helpful, and insightful service and I will definitely be back if nothing else to experience his service!
The food tastes so good and is so healthy! I got two kinds of grilled chicken and they were both amazing! Very clean and the staff was very friendly! I’ll definitely be returning!
Pretty good besides if you want to be one healthy mf. Got a kids bowl and fills me up for a while day. Pretty pricey.
First time there and they were very impatient I know it was lunch time however if it’s someone first time there give the person an opportunity to ask the appropriate questions. The noodles were completely cold, I was not informed that they were “chilled” but it was cold not chilled. The bbq chicken was burned as you can see in the pictures. The potatoes were hard and burned as well, if you are burning mini potatoes that’s pretty sad. Had very high expectations for this but just did not do it, with the way food prices have gone up it’s sad that I had to waste $10 on food that was not edible at all. Do better and if need me get a better cook.
If you’re a fan of bowl style eating, this is a good place to come. Good selection of healthy proteins, nice options for flavored vegetables and bases. And some good sauces. My favorites were the spicy chickpeas, the barbecue chicken, and the garlicky mushrooms.Everything’s quick, easy, and healthy. Plus, it’s kind of cute inside.
They were incredibly kind when I called. They do offer military discount for active duty when you order in person (unsure about veterans or retirees). My husband was a little skeptical because he isn't a big fan of restaurants that have only healthy food, but because I have a specific diet, he was open to try it.The prices were great, the food was fantastic, and the employees were so kind. This wasn't bland healthy food. This food was packed with flavor and the meat was juicy. We had just spent 10 hours walking around Universal and the smaller bowl stuffed my husband. The kids bowl was enough for two meals for my four year old. Absolutely wonderful!!
