I just happened to be in Orlando for a family vacation and wanted to try out the local coffee shop. This place was great! Not only was my drink made the way I wanted it, but the employees were incredibly pleasant. The Pink Haired barista was great!
Great coffee! If you like real coffee you'll love this place. If you prefer syrupy sweet Starbucks or Dunkin drinks, you might not be a fan.
Long time happy customer since the original Foxtail opened. Won’t be returning to this one. Very rude employee yelled at me for my very well behaved kid standing in the wrong area (apparently) of the patio. I apologized very nicely that I didn’t realize there was a delivery happening and he may be in the way but she still rudely said “well he shouldn’t be right here anyway!” (It was not a blocked off area…just a grouchy employee) I don’t mind being asked to move at all but the retort back was very unprofessional. I don’t suggest bringing kids to this location, even well behaved ones. My sensitive little guy was then upset because he “made the lady mad” ?
If you want a good laugh, come here and check out their prices and quality (think over double the price of a Starbucks food and coffee order at less than half the quality- and I hate Starbucks). One may almost wonder if they are charging these prices as a joke; because they can’t be serious otherwise. On the bright side the employees are friendly & work hard. Very sad!
Completely disgusted to find a hair in my sandwich this morning. Employees at this location are usually fantastic. Seems like they need a new food vendor or a hair restraint policy. Will not be returning anytime soon.
Definitely my new go to for a great cup of coffee and friendly staff. It's funny to see the line for Dunkin, they don't know what they're missing! Got to Foxtail!
Wanted to give this place a try. This will be the 1st and last time though. Too pricey for McDonald's style food and drinks. Canadian bacon is so thin you can't even taste it lol. I wish I could get my 10 bucks back and go somewhere else. But I'll suffer through.
Normally, I’m pretty happy with the overall food, coffee and service. But today the cold brew was watery and the ice coffee tasted like syrup more than coffee. Super disappointing hope this is not the new norm ?
This coffee shop is always on point with a staff that's smooth and polite. No pretense, just great coffee. It's a jem. Never to crowded because there's is plenty of room. Drive thru or sit.
My favorite coffee in the Orlando area. With this new location the quality remains the same. It is an outside seating but the fans and wind makes it a great experience. Would be definitely coming back again.
