Firstly, the decor inside with the hanging Model T's was a very nice touch! I had the Brisket Burnt Ends sandwich, it was so huge I had to take half to go! Vast array of food and all tasted great. Will be coming back on our visit next year!
So disappointing - I don’t usually write bad reviews but I’m so disappointed withy trip here. We were recommended by a friend to go to Ford’s - I can only assume I went to the wrong one. The service was poor from the start. The waitresses even started arguing between themselves just as I was about to be seated. the lady who ended up serving us was nice enough, however took ages to take our order and then when we did end up getting our food, she quite clearly couldn’t wait to get rid of us. To the point I was still eating as was my daughter and she came up and asked us if we wanted a box to take our food away. She then brought the cheque for us without us asking, nor asking if we wanted desert! Very disappointed after having high expectations.
Went to Fords Garage midweek during our holiday. It was excellent, our server couldnt do enough for us & refilled our drinks often. We only waited about 10 - 15 mins for our food & it was gorgeous!! We decided to go back on the following Sunday with my Daughter & son-in-law as we had told them how good it was & they wanted to try it. It was packed but we decided to wait for a table, this took about 20 minutes as we said we would sit outside even though it was boiling hot. This time we had a young girl as our server who didnt seem to have much experience. we placed our food & drinks order & she brought us our drinks. 50 minutes later we were still waiting for our food & our server had not been back once to see if we needed any drink refills. She walked past us so we asked her what was happening with our food & she said she would go & ask. She came back & said they were waiting for the brisket & shortly after that they brought our food. By this time where we were sat had no shade as it had been that long so we asked to moved to a shaded table, she didnt seem like she wanted us to but said ok as I think she could see how annoyed we were. The food was terrible compared to what we had had during the week, there was hardly any fries & only a tiny bit of brisket on the sandwich, also it was all cold. Our server still didnt refill our drinks until we asked & then we didnt see her again until we had finished. She asked how our food was so I told her it was cold & not much of it!! She giggled & then walked away!! So dont go to Fords Garage on a weekend
We dined in at this location in the middle of the week in July. Longer than average wait times. Our wait exceeded the quoted wait time. Enjoyed the outdoor seating with a waterside view. Service was great. Food was just decent. Strawberry lemonade was outstanding!! Overall, it filled our hungry bellies for the evening but we’d take our business elsewhere in the future. Pretty expensive as far as burgers/fries are concerned for the food to just be decent.
Great experience! We went a little late and still had a 30 min wait. I’m sure it was due to staffing as there were several empty tables. TJ was a great waiter! The food was delicious and fun! The decor is amazing. I’m sure I didn’t get to see everything this time so I will have to come back soon!
This is our third time eating here! The food is always good and the service is great. The hostess Olivia is so awesome and friendly and made us feel welcome! The waiters and waitresses we’ve had are great too! We eat here every time we are in Orlando.
Zero dining experience. Mains brought while still eating starters, just expected we accept and mains get cold while we finish starter. expected to use same cutlery twice for starter and main. Bill slapped down on to table with mains and constantly pressured to pay so we would leave and waiting staff could turn the table. Like eating at a trough. Would never go back.
Got there late and had to order to go and eat outside. Food was excellent. Hour hostess was had great customer skills. Will certainly go back when I can
