Love the ice cream here. We got the salted caramel and strawberry peanut butter on a waffle cone and both were delicious. And perfect for a hot summers day!
The chocolate fudge sundae is one of my favorite things from here! And I love the souvenir cup that comes with it! (May or may not have accrued 3 of them over my past visits lol).Although I usually get the “hard” ice cream - chocolate flavored, a friend had gotten various flavors of the soft serve and said all the flavors tasted the same and like regular vanilla soft serve.This past time, a friend got strawberry peanut butter, which sounded really good! She said it tasted overwhelmingly of peanut butter and nothing else, which makes sense since peanut butter has a pretty overpowering taste. Super cute shop!
We got the soft serve pistachio in a cone and the butter beer soft-serve in a cup. Both flavors were very good, not too sweet/no crazy artificial flavor either. Definitely a place to stop for some yummy treats during a hot day!
visited on the 22nd of June at around 6pm the staff working were blunt and rude to my brother when he couldn’t hear, not only that but the woman made the ice cream (strawberries and cream) where they left this green line in the ice cream. She didn’t apologise but just laughed about it instead and didn’t make a new one. If I could give it a zero I would?
My girlfriend and I bought a couple of ice creams from this establishment whilst in universal in Diagon Alley and were really glad we did. I had the Banana ice cream with chocolate chips and she had the strawberry and cream, they were both amazing. She struggled with hers as they are quite large but I made sure nothing was wasted from either purchase. I’d highly recommend getting an ice cream from this store.
This place was so good! I got the Granny Smith soft serve and my husband got the Earl Gray/Lavender hard scoops. The soft serve is like vanilla with favoring around the edges (really cool looking). The Granny Smith flavor is light and easy for anyone who wants a fruity cone. The line was long and out the door, but it took less than 7 minutes to get inside and order.Overall, a very good experience here!

Amazing ice cream. I am really here to give a shout out to scooper Will - we waited in line for over half an hour for this ice cream while this poor emplpyee scooped ice cream all alone for a massive crowd with two other employees just standing there watching. ? I was so angry for this employee. Major kudos to them for not losing it on their coworkers and keeping cool. ❤ Will needs a raise!
We enjoyed the ice cream here. It’s convenient located in the new Harry Potter area of the park. They even have butter beer flavored ice cream that is quite good. The line can get quite long.
Lines moved well. With a limited menu and several employees to help the lines were kept reasonable. The menu is big enough that’s it’s easily readable, allowing for decisions to be made before reaching the ordering point.The ice cream quality is excellent. The waffle cones they are served in are crisp and delicious. The employees weren’t the most smiley group that’s we’ve ever encountered, but I’m sure their job is mundane and repetitive.The butterbeer ice cream is great. The clotted cream was a different flavor but still tasty. Definitely a nice break on a hot day.
