The food at Flippers is always great and I eat here all the time. However tonight they let me down. I know it takes a little longer because the food is freshly made but 30 minutes for breadsticks and an hour+ for a medium pizza was just too long. Especially when others dining in were getting their food before me. This regular sure felt unappreciated tonight, with nothing other than a “sorry!”
I ordered my phone online and was told that I would get an email with my order. Never received an email. When I got to the place he told me 7 min. 7 minutes later he told me 2 minutes. Let me just say I waited another 45 minutes. I watched several people come in and order their food and receive their food before I received my food. The cashier then asked a family if they wanted a drink while they wait. Of course I looked back and he then asked me the same but I definitely was there longer than anyone in there. But of course my pizza was cold and it wasn’t like other Italian pizza places. Service and food was horrible.
4 stars for food taste and quality. ZERO stars for service, management, and organization. Someone please train this place.Had to use our own sanitizing wipes to wipe down our table. We were told 30 minutes for food, took 1 hour. Had to walk up to ask for check and box, still took another 20 minutes just to get to leave.

Delicious food!!! Seriously would recommend. They have longer waits. But their food is made fresh, so it is totally worth it in the end! It is so good that you will want to save it but it’s so good that it’s tempting to devour all at once!! Our waitress, Lauren, was very patient with us and made our experience overall better. They are also open very late so you can stop in anytime. Wonderful food and service- 100% recommend this place!!!
We ate here with family. It was fun getting to watch the dolphins while eating. The food was delicious & our waitress, Melissa was very good!! We'd like to go back if in this area!
Visiting from out of state and was recommended to try this pizzeria from the COO, Ben. Best recommendation and ever better staff. Overall 110% satisfied. Thank you all so very much.

We loved this place! The pizza was delicious and we also got these cheesy garlic knots I think? I don't remember what they were called on the menu but they were amazing! We will definitely be back next time we are in town!
The cheese pizza that I ordered from this location was probably one of the worst tasting pizza’s I have ever ordered from anywhere. Once I bit into the pizza the cheese would completely come off and it did not have a very good taste. From my experience for the price, service and taste of the pizza, this location is completely overrated. There are other pizzerias from other chain restaurants that are way better.
