This is a small restaurant. I was going to Jimmy John’s, but they closed. I decided to try Firehouse subs. I told them that I just wanted ham and veggies. They added cheese to my subs without telling me. Please Firehouse subs, ask customers if they want cheese before adding. Subs were not good. Minus 3 stars for taste and customer satisfaction.

Firehouse subs is kind of hard to mess up. I ordered online and by the time I got there it was ready. Overall it was pleasant the cashier did seem like she was aggravated and snappy and ready to go. Just a word of advice if your miserable in your job as customer service quit find something else. It’s that simple. Because I promise the customers will still keep coming with or without you there.
I've never got a bad sub from firehouse subs well worth the money
Toasted bread and warm yummy sandwich. It is best if you eat these right away for if you wait too long they get cold and a little soggy. Have plenty of napkins for the dripping juices and your chin. The place was clean and friendly staff was great. The bread we perfectly done and it was a delicious meal.
I was on vacation with my family,I went to there ,to purchased some food,that day my bill was $39 than I donated &1.00 and I asked a lady, name Alicia where can I leave some tips on the bills,she responded unfortunately our system not allowed this,than I asked her for a water cup,after I finished drinking the water while I’m waiting i take little bit of lemon tea ,next thing there’s a lady right behind the counter screaming at me (only water)than i put the little cup down with the tea and I purchased a cup, next thing she screamed ,you need to pick up your cup (the little tea cup) i don’t want make a scene because other people was eating inside,before I left I asked her for the manager she said I’m the manager,people like this cannot be the manager than I asked her for her name,she said Chris than she started cursing, you upset because I called you out ,(for a little bit cup of tea)whoever own this place you need to talk to her,(she a very low class lady, no respect for the customer)

This is by far my favorite Firehouse. The staff is super warm, friendly and ATTENTIVE! Food is fresh and tasty.
Great subs , awesome customer service. It's a pleasure to go when employees are pleasant, serve great food . Manager should be grateful and treat his/her crew respectful and acknowledge an reward the crew, for if there is no reward for good work there is no motivation to keep the brand amazing.
