I was there for a conference and it was so crowded. Our group alone was over 5k people. It took me about 20 mins in line to get a drink, then I was told by another patron that in order to order food I need to be seated at a table. I am not sure if this is normal or due to the high volume of people. The drink was good but I was running low on time and needed to be at my next meeting. I didn't have the pleasure of eating their food. Next time!
Yummy cheeseburgers and French fries for late lunch poolside.Service was slow but attentive.Birds landing on table to snatch food and circle above head was a bit unsettling.
Pretty good food for a pool bar, and drinks were good as well. Pretty spendy, but what isn't in Orlando when doing touristy things.
Food was good and the drinks were great but pricey which is to be expected at a place like this. We watched a movie in the pool.
Nice staff, good variety of upscale bar food, and a nice variety of tropical drinks. Limited choice of beers, but a great atmosphere and view!
Great hamburgers and gorgeous view. There was only one day where we had time and warm enough to eat outside, but we would have gone back if we had the opportunity.

We came to stay here after some of our family ran the Disney marathon and it was beyond relaxing. The food was amazing and the poolside service was phenomenal. Our server, Lorenzo, was so personable and very attentive. He made sure to check on us and was always available if we needed anything. He even saw us trying to put the umbrella up and ran over to help. I am a titanium elite member so it is great to see such amazing service.
