Amazing first time going……and must I say when I got home I was so impressed by all the desserts we got the Cookie Monster cupcake and donut and the key lime cupcake and donut, I also had a whoopie pie but it sadly missed the photo shoot ?, can’t wait to go back! Also staff was amazing super friendly and service was so quick!

This bakery should be world famous. I am a celiac and I have an egg allergy too and it so hard to find quality, gluten free, egg free dessert. The cupcake I ordered for my birthday was amazing. The service was exceptional and they even gave me my cupcake for free. I also ordered the “cookie and cream” donut and the double chocolate cookie- to save for later. They were all so good!

My Princess Aaliyah turn 17 on 6/15, Jessica at Erin McKenna Bakery at Disney springs is now her Fairy Godmother! She went above n beyond with the details due to my daughter massive allergies, we always stop there to get dessert when we are at Disney springs, with working OT I had forgot to call and did the pymt , she made sure the cake was still ordered and paid when we picked up, price was a blessing! Thank you Jessica, You Rock! And I think Justin or Jason assist when we picked up it was pouring rain and he double bag the cake and placed another over the box so it wouldn’t get wet. Love these guys!❤️From Aaliyah and Mom Maxine Thank You!

The cupcakes were dry and the frosting tasted like Crisco (baking oil). The only decent thing was the sandwich cookie. The bakery was overpriced for what it was.

Had a cake overnighted through gold belly which ruined the first order & sent a replacement which was the driest thing I ever ate. For $100 I expected moist at least. Also tasted like crap too. Avoid! Criminal to charge so much for dried garbage

After dealing with sudden food allergies the past year, I was excited to find a bakery in disney springs this evening where I could eat whatever I wanted, so I tried the 1971 brownie bar, pineapple upside down cake, thin mint, and a bit of my sister's chocolate chip cookie. While the cookie was ok, suprisingly great considering it was made without gluten/eggs/dairy/etc, everything I ordered was fantastic! The brownie was soft and cakey with a creamy frosting that tasted like buttercream. (or maybe I've forgotten what buttercream's like. Still good.) But the thin mint! If you like mint, you HAVE to try one. My sister typically dosen't and still loved it. It was much bigger and softer than I expected, covered in generous layer of chocolate. Easily my favorite thing I've ever eaten and entirely worth the price in my opinion. And as if to top it all off, the man who helped us was very kind and helpful.

Thin mint cookies.. Dry and unimpressive. Similar to any mass produced pre-packed cookie you would get in the UK. For a specialist gluten free bakery I expected to be impressed. Wasn't. Shame.. Not worth a second visit. Also, presentation in shop was somewhat dull. Surely you've seen how Disney do it?

Poor double chocolate cake and it didn’t taste as cake as all.

Literally some of the best staff with amazing service and incredible baked goods. Avoiding dairy, eggs, peanuts, or gluten? This is the place to go! Our family lives with multiple food allergies and this place literally is a game changer for us! Literally we have the best experience EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The staff makes you feel so special! It is a bit expensive, but most restaurants and bakeries are when adhering to food allergy safety protocols. Thank you so much for all that you do to make everyone feel special!Also... the ice cream sandwich... AMAZEBALLS!

Cookies were outstanding. Particularly enjoyed the Thin Mints and Gingersnap Sandwich. Not as impressed with the cupcakes. Certainly more variety in GF+VG than you're going to find anywhere else. Don't be discouraged if the first thing you try isn't a home run. Worth a trip or three to find a treat that you love.
