Loved the grab & go feature for both hot & cold foods. Typically quick serve locations only offer grab & go for chilled items but this location has both, making it great for busy professionals, or in my case, a family with 3 impatient kids. Food was as expected for a quick serve location (nothing spectacular but better than cafeteria). Everything tasted good except for some of the chips in the nachos got stale from sitting under the heating element for what I presume was too long. Only real downside is the meals are significantly more in price for similar items you'd find at other property resorts
It was a beautiful, brightly painted and wonderfully decorative place to eat...5 years ago.Now, not so much. You can no longer have an omelette made to order. All hot breakfast options are grab and go from under a heat lamp. When it's busy, it takes so long to check out that your heat-lamp-warm dry food is now cold, dry and borderline inedible.

The Mercado was our favorite place to eat at Coronado Springs. I lived off the kids cheeseburgers and fries. Honestly one of the most consistent kitchens. You can find the giant donuts in the morning and the cupcakes anytime after. 4 cup refill stations and a coffee bar.
Lots of seating options and areas and a great convenient place to get a quick meal or snack. If you are at the hotel and looking for a quick snack or a quick breakfast before heading to the parks, then this is a very convenient place for that. The food is not anything super spectacular, but based off of my experience it is pretty good and filling. This is also a great place for kids or picky eaters like myself, which there are more "kid friendly" food options. There are meals for kids and portions for kids and many options for adult breakfast meals. If you're looking for a snack, you will find typical prepackaged snacks such as cookies, chips, candy, etc. The atmosphere matches the theme presented throughout the hotel and is well kept and clean. So if you are looking to grab a quick bite nearby at your resort, this is a great place to go!
This is the main cafe of the Coronado Springs resort at Disney world. After 2 chances I did my best to avoid it. Breakfast was barely tolerable, all other meals are kept under tanning lights, dried out and not suitable for human consumption. And, in typical Disney fashion, EXPENSIVE. Also, the "free refill" cups are $20 each. However the dispensers will refill any cups. So as you sit to eat your food and see hundreds of others refilling all manner of cups they brought from home or wherever, You wonder why you spent $40 on 2 cups for 10 cups of coffee...
This was a quick and good place to grab breakfast or a fast meal. They had vegetarian options too which was great. One evening we had come back to the hotel to eat and they made the beyond burger for me with substitutions and made sure to check in since they had to make it by request. I believe the manager's name was Jeremy and he was very helpful. The cooks also checked in with me too. Cashiers were very friendly too.
Convenient place to grab and go or have a quick meal. Flatbread, salad, and chicken tenders were good!
Not bad but expensive compared to normal food places, sure we are on Disney campus. Come on give us people a break to keep the food reasonable priced. Make sense why it has been 10 years. If prices were more reasonable I would come every few years. Plus the pop machines were not working well and some were out.
