We found this restaurant by accident but now we will definitely be singing its praises. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious from the salad to the dessert and everything in the middle. Our server was very pleasant and always was there when we needed her to be and did not have to ask for a thing. I am so happy we found this little jewel in the dr phillips area and we definitely will be returning very soon. We both had ordered appetizers, Dinner, and Dessert and Wine and all this for less than $130.00!
Budget friendly lunch options for 10.00. can't beat that. I had a steak vegetable rice and fries. Waitress was sweet. Got seated right away. Highly recommend.
This strip mall has some killer eats. We enjoyed bartaco and had to come back for some Peruvian cuisine. Hard to find in Hawaiʻi. This place did not disappoint. Be sure to try the hot and cold Causas and the Cau Cau de Pollo. So good and hope to get back here on our next trip.
I wouldn't recommend this place. The service was horrible and rude. There were many servers and it wasn't very crowded but we never got a refill on our water. It was hard to get the server's attention too. The food took so long to come out and when it did they brought the appetizers and entrees together. Our server also was not very kind, she may have been having a bad day but she definitely did not serve us well enough to earn the automatic tip the restaurant already applies. I would say she's lucky it was already calculated because I was not planning to tip her that much. It wasn't a great experience and the food was not great. The food needed some salt for tasting. I definitely wouldn't go back.
Delicious food, great service! It was my first time eating here and I will definitely come back.Try the Pisco too. It’s really good!
We went there by mistake and we had a good surprise. We had papas and yuca a la huancaina to wait for the meal that was 1 ceviche with all sea food and one fish and shrimp, tallarines Verdes con lomo salteado and arroz chaufa con pollo carne y mariscos. Food was delicious, prepared just like we order and the portions were big, we had to take home. The dessert was like a fried doughnut with syrup, clover and cinnamon. Very good, I don't remember the name. They really need to work on accelerating the service and the timing of the dishes to the table, because Peruvian food shouldn't take that much time to be prepared, also, there is no sense to order hot sauce to eat the ceviche and receive it when it is almost finished; but at the end we were very satisfied. I will definitely go back with friends and my kids.
I’m Peruvian and the food in this restaurant is substandard Lack of flavor, food came cold: order a causa and taste like it was pre made kept in the refrigerator for days; picante de mariscos cold, lack of taste and no picante at all. Order to go some picarones and after 30 min waiting had to cancel the order. Add to bad services made this very first time and last a regrettable dinner experience Don’t waste your money in this excuse of Peruvian restaurant. The Peruvian cuisine is very good but unfortunately not in this place
Not the best Peruvian restaurant in town.
Excellent cuisine. Friendly service.
Mmmmm, we’re to start, 1 service was pretty good Janet was nice and polite, the ceviche ( take it from a ISLANDER) was super good. But what it Took me by surprise was how AMAZING the octopus was !! 100% recommended!!!
