IF YOU WANT TO GET COVID THEN GO HERE!!!!! It was ridiculous the amount of people coughing even the owner that was taking orders was coughing and instead of having his mask on he had it on his chin, like do you think it’s okay to infect people with whatever you might have covid, flu anything! Oh and the kitchen staff as well were not wearing masks the literally were touching there phones and opening doors grabbing things with sans gloves I even saw some guy take off his gloves put them in his pocket to look at his phone and then put the same gloves on like COMEON did you forget what the pandemic is??? I waited over 30 mins for my food and they didn’t even get it correct they forgot the side of fries I ordered I told the lady that was preparing the To go’s order she said that she will let them know to do them…literally 10 mins pass by and we ask about the fries to the same lady and she starts to laugh with the kitchen staff another female and goes back to talk to her and THEY JUST PUT THE FRIES after already waiting 10 mins and instead of apologizing they laugh like what kind of service is that?? The owner that was on register did nothing as well went back to kitchen to see and came back saying nothing we asked for a refund for fries because we are not waiting more than the almost hour we spent in there that we were exposed to a covid possible place that obviously does not care for any of their customers health!!!! The only reason we took food is because it was already been 40 mins waiting but the food was burnt, and not even looked pleasant we ended up throwing out almost our $33 dollar meal because we were scared of getting covid because of how unsanitary their place was so basically do not spend any money there it is a horrible place spend your money at a better place and save yourself from the possible exposure to covid-19.

Pésimo servicio al cliente. Llame para hacer mi orden para llevar, luego de 20 min llegue al food truck y me dicen que “nunca se imprimió” la orden, sin ningunas disculpas.
he arepas de aguita de sapo, it had a smell of prickly pear and that happens when the leg has been in the fridge for several days and they don't check it to see if it's good, I already knew ah old leg. I couldn't eat it. the bite that I put in my mouth I threw it up was extremely disgusting. what you can get here is that you get sick, I don't recommend it. They have to learn to accept bad criticism so that it can improve, not make it worse. the good ones don't matter a bad review leaves a lot to talk about.

We have eaten twice this week at El Importado, we are visiting Orlando and it is so comforting to find the flavors and quality we remember from our Maracaibo, thank you Kelvin for the outstanding service, food was delicious!!!

If I could I would give one Star!! I order food for delivery. 2 pepitos, 1 taq. And a Coke waited 55min just to find out they forgot half my order.... I proceeded to call but first person didn’t speak English ok... second person spoke alittle but then after I brought up the issue started saying “I don’t understand “ literally the worst everything was cold and me and my gf were still hungry.... I do not recommend.
I am a door dash delivery driver. And I did an order tonight for a very nice person. Whom was very un-happy with how long their order took to be made. I stood in that store for an hour to pick up this persons order. I watched people come in order their food eat and leave before they decided to put this persons order in. Not only that they thought I couldnt understand their remarks because I look white. They were mistaken. I very much understood everything and saw the many dirty looks. Needless to say (door dash will be getting a report ).
