I was so excited to try this place because I miss the Chinese food of PR and they say they are a Puertorrican Chinese Restaurant. Honestly, starting with the lady in the cashier, pretty rude and in a huge hurry and I was the only person in line, you can’t talk because she would try to talk louder or finish you sentence. Sadly the food is not good, we ordered pepper steak (the portion is not rational it was all onions and it had 2 small pieces of pepper), the rice doesn’t have any flavor it was too bland, the egg roll tasted like frozen ones, the fried chicken we weren't able to eat it, it was bland and had a weird smell.
The food at this restaurant was amazing and the service was very quick. I also liked the updated technology that was provided for customers to place there orders. For sure recommend this family owned and operated restaurant!
Came here with a bunch of friends for lunch and very much enjoyed the bowl with fried rice and Tofu. Delicious flavors and open concept seating with many windows made for fantastic conversation. Will be coming back for sure- highly recommend. The menu is extensive, need to try other options next time.
Hidden Gem. This is Chinese food that is prepared in Puerto Rican tradition. Chicken was Crispy also I noticed the rice is short grain just like in Puerto Rico. Annie was very pleasant and attentive.
best Chinese restaurant on earth. always friendly, great food, fresh.
Went in today for the first time,I really enjoyed the food,it was honestly very delicious but I do have a few complaints. I got the chicken with rice and beef lo mein with extra beef, they did not taste puertorrican at all and the portions aren't comparable even when getting extra, same for the price as this is not worth 30$!!. A thing I want to really speak on is their customer service, they weren't rude but they were not friendly either. Ordering the food was just uncomfortable and didn't really make me want to go back at ALL.To finalize, customer service was bad, food was delicious and pricing is too expensive for the portions and quality of the food and for what I see in the reviews they copy/paste the same reply to most of these,I should have trusted the bad reviews.Edit:forgot to say that to be based on puertorrican food,I didn't see any puertorrican employees when I came in and nobody spoke spanish.
I went here the other day around 4pm there was nobody so service was pretty fast. The place is clean, good lighting easy to find and staff is friendly. The food is like your typical Chinese food. The menu have different options and mixed in with some puerto rican cuisine. Got a half gallon of rice and 2 small containers of meat no extras and payed $40 ish was kinda pricey. But not bad!
no taste whatsoever. the fried pork not good at all fried rice absolutely horrible. customer service not good. to sit in the restaurant you can't use the bathroom. crab rangoon had no filling. I can't believe anybody would say this is the best Chinese food or Latin food in Orlando. and I go out to dinner almost every night I rarely ever write a bad review but this place deserved a bad review.
We ordered $142 worth of food for the office and the quantity is a joke. No condiments no fortune cookies. No white rice with main $10 meat plates. We had to order extra food to feed all 10 of us. I will never use this place again
