My family and I had the worst experience last night for my brother and wife's birthday dinner. Our party was there on time. CHRISTOFER was the WORST server ever. He took 30 minutes to get drinks to our table. Took an hour for our appetizers to come to the table. He took over an hour to get our meal orders. We got up to take some birthday shots at the bar and they told us to sit back down! I only had one drink since I was never asked for a refill. CHRISTOFER was socializing with co-workers instead of checking out our table. My friends had doubts of coming here because of their previous bad service and CHRISTOFER proved them right. Every request was at 15 minute wait and had to constantly remind him. My pregnant wife's food was cold but we didn't want to risk waiting longer if we were to let him know. By the time our food was out, close to two and half hours later, we were ready to go! There was no manager around for us to share feedback. It was complete incompetence from basic hospitality service but more so specifically CHRISTOFER. If you are booking for a big party save your time!

The food was very good and the ambience. Our waiter Nancy was awesome and accommodated us with all we needed. We were celebrating my mom birthday and we had a great time.
Food was delicious. However it took almost a hour to get it. Took 20-30 minutes for even the waitress to come back to ask if we were ok. They bring out sides before dinner.
Great food and service. Geovanny was great serving us. Overall, fantastic.
The waiter was fantastic. Everything we tried from the appetizers to the mofongo was well seasoned, fresh, and great portions

Service was terrible , server and manager had attitude towards our party it was very frustrated specially our family just left from a funeral . Party of 13 we were only allowed to do 2 checks , food order never came to the table when we spoke with manager she had worst attitude than our server . Good order was incorrect bit server and manager wanted is to pay for the incorrect order they key in . No customer service skills . Food that came correct was very good however customer service is really bad
